*Olivia* I roll over in bed and shield my eyes from the sunlight creeping in through a part in the draperies. I remember how unhappy my brother will be when he finally tumbles out of bed after a night at Jack’s club. Is this the curse of brandy? To leave me with an agonizing headache, a raw throat, and thoughts that swirl through my mind with the wispiness of fog?
