  HARPER'S POV   I push the hood of my jacket lower as I walk up to the outpost gate, my heart thumping louder than I like. My breath feels loud, too. I remind myself to breathe normally.   "No one knows me here," I mutter to myself. "I am not in Silver Moon territory now."   No, this place is grey, rogues, exiles, information brokers. If anyone trusts anyone here, it is by luck, not by bond.
