Kylie stands near the exit and by the fence to the football field.
She’s not in the mood to sit in the bleachers.
She only is here watching the football game to say that she’s been to one.
But honestly, she could care less about them now.
“Now let’s pay tribute to one of our own cheerleaders, Keely James.” Kylie hears the principal says over a microphone.
“Omg, are you kidding me?” Kylie sees Nikhi say while crossing her arms.
Kylie lets out a sigh.
Personally, she would cuss that stupid girl out, but she actually agrees with her.
They already paid tribute to Keely on the morning announcements a week after she had died.
“Just let Keely rest.” Kylie sighs leaning against the bleachers.
“Like, I’m so tired of Keely getting all this attention.” Nikhi mutters while rolling her eyes.
“I’m so tired of you Nikhi.” Kylie says to herself mainly.
Just then Kylie hears her boyfriend talking to someone.
So, she looks to investigate.
“Dude, I’m not sure about this.” Peter’s teammate says.
“Look man, I know that person killed Keely.” Peter tells him while putting his hands in his jacket pocket.
Kylie puts a hand over her mouth.
He knows who killed Keely?
Why didn’t he go to the police about this?
And more importantly, her.
“Well man why didn’t you go to the cops?” His teammate asks him.
Kylie recognizes the guy.
It’s Bryce, he’s dating Sofia who just so happens to be on the cheer team, and in Kylie’s grade as well.
“Because, they need evidence, and I didn’t have it, but now I do.” Peter tells his buddy while scratching his head.
Bryce then puts a hand over his forehead.
“Okay, well let’s do this tomorrow, we follow the suspect.” Bryce tells Peter whilst looking back at the football field.
“Sounds good to me.” Peter says.
They then do a weird handshake and then both walk back to the football field.
Kylie then slowly starts to follow her boyfriend.

Kylie’s high school team won by five more points than the other team.
Peter was with Bryce and Sofia near the entrance and Sofia had her arms wrapped around the side of her boyfriend, and they both were looking at a phone camera and smiling.
“Okay, so we meet tomorrow at Chick Fil a at 12 pm sharp.” Peter informs Bryce while handing Sofia her phone back.
“Sounds good man.” Bryce tells him and then grabs Sofia’s hand and they all three exit the football field.
Kylie lets out a sigh and then clears her throat.
“I need to follow them.” Kylie tells herself and then grabs her car keys from her purse and then makes her way to her car.
October 05
Kylie puts on some dark washed high waisted jeans and a light pink cotton sweater and then some light pink Vans.
“Okay, I hope Peter finds a good lead.” Kylie tells herself while braiding her hair to the side.
She then grabs her car keys, wallet, and cellphone.
She then walks out of her bedroom and then down the stairs and out the front door.
Once in her car, she buckles up and starts to drive to Chick Fil a.
“How is it that Peter finds a good lead, and I haven’t heard from the police lately about Keely’s case?” Kylie asks out loud then sighs.
Kylie then notices Peter’s car already parked near the entrance.
He likes parking there so he can get his food faster, since he’s near the door.
Kylie makes sure that she is parked away from Peter and Bryce.
But she’s not sure what kind of car Bryce has.
“Okay, you got this.” Kylie gives herself a pep talk.
Then grabs her phone and wallet and car keys.
Once inside she sees her boyfriend and Bryce sitting at a table by the window.
“What can I get you?” Kylie hears the worker ask.
Then the worker lets out a sigh.
“Ma’am, what would you like?” The worker asks again, sounding agitated.
Kylie then looks at her.
“Oh, um a 12-count nugget meal.” Kylie tells the woman.
“And what to drink?” The worker asks while typing the order in.
“Um, lemonade, and for sauce can I have the avocado ranch dressing?” Kylie asks while taking out her debit card.
“Okay, and your total is $7.23.” The girl says.
Kylie hands her the debit card and then looks back over at the guys.
“I don’t think your boyfriend is cheating on you with the guy, he has a pic of you as his screen saver.” The employee tells her while handing her back the debit card and receipt.
Kylie just lets out a sigh.
“Yeah, I figured thank you.” Kylie tells the girl.

“Okay, so we follow the suspect here.” Peter tells Bryce.
They both stand up carrying their drinks and Kylie then follows them out.
Once she gets in her car, she puts the drink in the cup holder and then puts on her seatbelt.
She is then startled when her phone rings.
“Oh, hey sweetie.” Kylie tells her boyfriend with a smile on her face.
“Hey babe, can you come over later today? I need to tell you something.” Peter tells her sounding a little nervous.
“Yeah, of course.” Kylie just says to him.
“Okay good, I need to go, but I love you.” Peter tells her.
Kylie tears up a little.
“I love you too.” Kylie tells him then he hangs up.
She then sees Peter and Bryce in Peter’s car driving out of the Chick Fil a parking lot, and then Kylie starts her engine and follows them.
“Oh, Peter I pray that you be safe.” Kylie sighs while following them.
Kylie then starts to hope that she doesn’t lose Peter like she lost Keely.
