Gripp stepped in front of April, then raised his hands in the air. He protruded sharp fangs and let out a high-pitched hiss at the creature. The warthog immediately retreated, rushing through the brush as if it had just been shot at. April couldn’t help but cover her mouth, shielding a gasp that sounded way too s****l for the context. Gripp turned, grinning playfully like he had heard her anyway. “They don’t want a fight,” Gripp said. “As long as you make yourself at least seem tougher, they will leave you alone.” A smile grew under April’s hand. It sounded like he was talking about her without knowing it. “Thank goodness you’re here,” she joked. Gripp took out the compass again, then gave her a wink. If they were on a date back home, she would have taken that as a hint to get down and dirty right then and there. “Anything for you, honey bunch.” He was joking, but she still loved the pet name he had given her. She had to walk away for a minute and peer into the dark to bite her knuckles to keep herself from letting out yet another sensual moan. “Let’s go this way,” Gripp said. “You must be tired from all the excitement.” April followed him. His lean, muscular back in the dark was like a ship at sea. About ten minutes later, they reached an opening in the forest where a hut sat before them. A man came out front, holding a lantern that glowed softly before an older-looking face. “Gripp? Gripp Johnson, is that you?” The man and Gripp embraced quietly. He explained the situation and introduced April to him like she was a girlfriend coming to dinner for the first time. The man nodded at her, then showed them inside. The hut was a lot bigger than the one near the mangroves. There was a main area where a pot stewed on an open fire, as well as two curtained-off bedrooms. “Thank you so much, Aspen,” Gripp said. “Your hospitality is greatly appreciated.” April felt herself sigh, then squeeze her thighs together. Gripp’s politeness made him even more attractive. She barely noticed when Aspen asked her if she wanted anything to eat. She blinked heavily, then shook the naughty thoughts from her brain. “Oh yes, of course! Thank you!” she replied. Aspen guided them to the main area in front of the pot cooking on the fire. They sat on beanbags, which felt comfortable after a long day of walking. Aspen spoke about the corrupted government as they are rabbit stew. But April had a hard time listening. All she wanted was to get Gripp alone. APRIL April ate the rabbit stew Aspen had made, trying to focus on the stories he was telling about his old friend Gripp. It had been years since the two men had seen each other, so there was an element of reconnecting that she enjoyed observing. But at the same time, she felt Gripp looking at her every now and then, eyes wandering over her body at a rapid pace. She was needing him the way a human needs to breathe or eat. She had never wanted to f**k so badly in her entire life. The stew they ate only made her sweat even more. She ran her hands through her hair and tied it up into a loose bun, the rush of air causing Gripp to whip his head in her direction. He looked rabid, eyes brightening like sweet chocolate, nostrils flaring as he ingested her scent. Looking at him, she trusted her intuition that he wanted her just as much as she wanted him. It was the sexiest thing, being desired that intensely. After feigning interest in Aspen’s stories for another ten minutes, Gripp took April’s bowl and stood from the cushion they were sharing. “Thank you so much, my friend,” he said. “We’re going to have to get to sleep now, I think. A lot of men are after us, and we have to get up before the dawn breaks.” His friend took the bowls, smiling and waving his hands with understanding. April thanked him with an embrace, then the two men embraced once more. Aspen showed them to their room, which was merely a small space with a curtain drawn between it and the main living space. Aspen brought them some blankets and apologized for the size of the mattress on the floor. Gripp, of course, thanked him profusely, saying that the room was perfect as is. He finally left them alone by drawing the curtain and going about letting the fire die out. April stood like she was sixteen years old again, playing with her thumb and biting her bottom lip. The only light in the rooms was a lantern placed off to the side and conducting very little light. She heard Gripp grind his teeth, then he began laying out the blankets on the mattress. Even in the dark, his body was giant, making her mouth water. “We should definitely get to sleep,” he said. April nodded as Gripp removed his pants and T-shirt. He lay on the small mattress, so she did the same. She pulled off her T-shirt and pants, wearing only her bra and underwear. Gripp eyed her. She felt a rush of confidence and knelt down on the bed, still hearing Aspen clanking around in the living space. “I think there’s something we can do to help us sleep better,” April purred. Gripp smirked, then cupped her cheek gently. “I think so too.” She went in for the kiss like an animal. There remained some awareness that an old friend of the man she wanted to f**k was only a curtain away, but that seemed only to enhance the thrill. Their passionate kiss was wet and ravenous. April reached down to his underwear to find his stone-hard c**k, groaning as she felt its size. Gripp did the same, but as he dipped his fingers under the fabric of her underwear, immediately finding her soaking p***y with his fingers. “f**k,” he growled. “Baby, you’re so wet already.” She nibbled on his lower lip and stroked his c**k while he moved his fingers around her c**t. The touch was light and teasing. “I’ve wanted you all day,” she murmured. “I’ve been a patient girl.” Gripp grunted as she bit down on his lip, then pulled her on top of him. She helped him yank his underwear down and then hers. Then he let her sink on top of him, so the length of his c**k was teasing her sensitive folds. “Then we must make sure you’re rewarded for that patience,” he whispered.
