DAISY The Master perched precariously atop the busy hive. Absentmindedly stroking his golden stripes with one hand, he watched Daisy slog through the overgrown pathway of ferns and other luscious vegetation. He was becoming bored with the game that the girl didn’t even know they were playing. Her focus was single-minded as she put one foot in front of the other, not even noticing the brilliant colors dulling and becoming increasingly monochromatic as she forged ahead.
