Chapter 1

* Isabella * "beep beep" "Ugh", I smacked the top of my alarm clock to shut it off and I quickly jumped out of my bed to get ready for school before my foster parents come banging on my door and threatened to pour a bucket of ice cold water on me. I've already been late to school for four days now which will get my foster parents into trouble so I no longer can be late to school. I quickly got dressed, I put on my favorite blue jeans and my white T-shirt. I than ran into the bathroom to put a little bit of makeup on. I threw my hair into a ponytail grabbed my bag and walked out of the door.
My friend Nolan always drives me to school if I decided not to sleep in, he has been my best friend since kindergarten. We are both seniors in high school we are both the youngest ones in our class he's just a month older than me and everyone in our pack has pretty much found their mates but us and a few others. Nolan is training to be an elite and I'm just an orphan omega. Nolan is the type of guy you'd think everyone would get their hands on. He's pretty charming with his hazel eyes like mine but he has very dark brown. But he has always said he would wait until the moon goddess gave him his mate. I've always agreed with him. since we were kids I always thought wed end up as mates because we were so close, even till this day cause who would every want an omega like me. he's the first guy I've ever met that didn't care about titles. I got into the passenger seat hoping that he wouldn't pick on me about being late to school and with my luck he did. "Well good morning miss sleepy head. I'm surprised you didn't sleep in today." "Oh hush, not like you haven't slept in before." rolling my eyes in reply. Then he looked at me and said " well its our senior year and we are about to become eighteen, this is supposed to be the time of our lives of course I'm not missing or being late to school." He's the only person I've every talked to. I tend to stay quiet and keep to myself around everyone else. "eh, I don't care at this point, I'll get rejected anyways." We stayed quiet after that.
As soon as we got to school we headed to our lockers to grab the things we needed for first period. I had English and Nolan and Math. "Wish me luck love, lets hope this witch doesn't kill me with these tests." I just chuckled as he kissed my cheek and ran the opposite direction that my class was. "Well here goes nothing" I thought to myself as I walked into Mrs. Thornton's class.
English is one of my favorite classes its just that math and science wasn't my best subjects. Thank the moon goddess that I had history next and not Math. The Witch AKA Miss. Wellington, we call her that because she just horrible, she's always talking about how her husband left her and that we were just terrible students even when we stayed quiet and did the work, but she has her good days.
I didn't see Nolan in the halls which means he's in gym class so I just went straight into Mr. Odis class. My last class didn't have any of the pack members which is another reason why I loved English. Now History has most the pack members from omegas to Alpha Lucas and his gang. I tried to switch my class to a different time but other classes were full so that meant I was stuck with paper and pencils thrown at me. So I just stick to myself and stay quiet till class was over.
