How The Reproduction Works

After Ozul and Thera disappeared from the Dragon Empire, Doan went to report to Yusa.

“My lord, I am so sorry for what happened,” Doan said apologetically.

“Your apology won’t bring her back,” Yusa replied coldly.

Doan sighed.

“I can’t believe my love is gone,” Yusa muttered bitterly. “And now, she’ll bear a child that carries both demon and dragon blood. Do you understand what that means?”

Yusa’s eyes burned with anger. “I will never accept that child as my own, and he will not be my heir. Instead, I'll wait for my betrothed to be born so that she can give me an heir to the throne not that demon child.”

“In the vision you saw,” Yusa asked carefully.You said that she would give birth to a child,how many children will she be able to give birth to?,She can't reproduce like dragon right?."

“Yes. A dragon can lay many eggs and have numerous offspring,” Doan explained, “but Thera will only be able to produce one because of the enmity between her two lovers. The fusion of demon and dragon within her is very complex.The fusion of two sworn races.Her fertility will be limited due to the imbalance of two parts of her new existence. So, she’ll only be able to reproduce once.”

“Does this apply to other creatures bearing a similar fate to hers?” Yusa asked curiously.

“No,my lord.Her Fate is rare.Perharps the universe has a reason for all these happening making her to only reproduce once.If it were to be other creatures in her stead they will be able to reproduce more one time,at least two or three times.But their offsprings will not be given the opportunity to rule a nation only a title.They will be bastardly legitimate sons.The emperor will have to marry other concubines so that they could bear him a child of halfbreed blood or a pure breed blood.That person will either be of that specie or a human lady.

Yusa frowned. “So, if that’s the case, the empire will need a true heir of dragon blood.”

Yusa’s eyes narrowed. “Then what about my intended? Will she be able to reproduce more than one time.?”

“Yes, my lord,” Doan replied. “Even though she is half human and partly dragon, she will be able to reproduce two or three times at most. Thera is now a turned dragon and a human. She was human before, but now she’s a dragon as well — and not long before she turns a djinn too. Once she becomes a Djinn Dragon she’ll eventually lose her human traits as these traits will dominate her body.

The human part of her will still be there, but only in a small measure — once the dragon and the djinn part of her existence overshadows her she will partially just exist as a human.”

Doan paused, lowering his voice. “My lord, because of this combination of bloodlines, her offspring will possess immense potential. Her child have more have more power than you and Ozul or any other creature existing in the world even though you all are created. The mix of demon and dragon essence is rare and powerful beyond measure.The child will be more stronger even than his mother.Borned dragons are more higher than the turned ones, and the created than both.But this child will be superior to all,even though he is a born creature.”

Yusa clenched his fists. “I won’t show that child love because of its birth circumstances one it is born,” Yusa said, looking disgusted.

Meanwhile, in the Demon Empire Inside the demon fortress........

Beyond the region of fire, fire began to rise from the fire place inside Ozul's chamber. Then Ozul and Thera materialized inside the room, still holding each other tightly and kissing,as they didn't care about anything that was around them.

They stared into each other’s eyes, their emotions burning like fire. Then, without a word, they kissed — a deep, desperate kiss that carried all their worries and love. Their hearts beat in sync, and the world around them seemed to fade away and they spent a night full of passion together.

They kissed each other until their lips grew sore and finally rested in each other’s arms. Exhausted, they lay together, drifting into a deep sleep as the fire around them dimmed to a soft, glowing warmth.

Before falling asleep completely, Thera smiled faintly, her body pressed against Ozul’s, wrapped safely in his embrace.

Many weeks had passed since Thera was brought home by Ozul. They made love to each other every night and enjoyed each other’s company deeply.

Then Thera began to develop new habits — losing her appetite, feeling nauseous at the smell of strong food, and only managing to eat some fruits and vegetables. She became hungry easily and craved strange foods.

Soon, her belly started to swell slightly, and they called on callum, the royal wizard, to check her condition. callum foretold that Thera was pregnant — carrying a male child.

This news meant the prophecy was beginning to unfold, and Thera would have to go live with Yusa until she gave birth. Ozul did not like it but he could do nothing, for it was the law of the sage.

In the Dragon empire {Yusa's chamber}.......

That night when thera left with Ozul.Yusa watched them through the eye orb and saw Ozul making love to her. He couldn’t bear to see her like that — with another man.

Yet, every night, he continued to watch, tormented by jealousy and longing, unable to look away.

“Greetings, my Lord. There’s a urgent matter that requires your attention,” Doan said, bowing respectfully.

“Rise,” Yusa said coldly.

“I have gotten news for you, my Lord — a person has come as a messenger from the Fire djinn continent. He was sent as a messenger and he wishes to see you.”

“Bring him in,” Yusa ordered.

“Guard, let him in!” Doan called.

Moments later, a tall, slender man entered the hall. He appeared to be around four hundred years old and moved gracefully into the living room.

“What brings you to the Dragon Empire, boy?” Yusa asked with a deadly stare.

By the decree of the Devil himself, the Demon King,the ruler of the fire djinn continent, the chosen descendant of the Larva Deity.....,” the messenger announced boldly.

“Silence!” Yusa thundered. The word itself carried flames. The air around him began to sizzle, heat radiating from his body. Blue fire flickered violently in his eyes.

“You insolent fool. You don’t come here to speak and adore your master in his presence,” Doan warned with a scowl.

“You came to deliver a message, didn’t you? Then say what you have to say and leave,” Yusa said, his voice dripping with venom.

“I shall adore my king anywhere I please, and there’s nothing you can do about it. No wonder your beloved left you,” the messenger sneered.

That was when all hell broke loose. Yusa transformed into his full form before the messenger could even blink he launched at him and in the blink of an eye, the messenger’s head was gone.

“My Lord, that was—you bit his head off....” Doan began, but Yusa cut him off sharply.

“Do you prefer me bitting yours instead....."My Lord?” Yusa said sarcastically and growled, his fangs still dripping with blood as he shot doan a glare.

Doan gulped silently.

“N-no, my Lord. Forgive me,” he stammered, bowing low.

“Take some of his blood. see his memory and let me know the message he has come to deliver” Yusa said coldly.

“Yes, my Lord,” Doan replied quickly.

After Doan checked the man’s memories, he went to give Yusa another report — Thera was returning to the palace in two days.

Yusa felt a strange mix of relief and joy. Thera had been away for months, and though she was now two months pregnant pregnant, he couldn’t wait to have her back. But not entirely — as she will be going back after delivery and feeding.

“Really, Thera’s coming back?"Yusa asked doan as he felt happy again.

"Yes my Lord"Doan answered

Yusa smiled faintly, lost in thought about something. It was the first time Doan had never seen his master smile like that. Usually, Yusa was cold and expressionless, but today his face softened — he must truly care for her.

Unlike humans, Thera’s kind had the ability to give birth within a much shorter time. Her mixed bloodline made her unique; if she had been fully human, it would have taken nine months. But as a hybrid, she would give birth in just Four months.

At the same time, Yusa’s advisor's wife was also a month pregnant with Yusa's betrothed. This means that Yusa's betrothed will be born in Three months time.

Thera, being part dragon, would lay an egg in a month, and it would take another month for the egg to hatch.
