I rolled over to see the sun peaking through the dark drab curtains that hung in the motel room. I hadn’t taken the time last night to look at my surrounding. The room was quaint fashioned with basic colours. There was a small round table over by the door, two chairs and a two-seater sofa next to it. On the wall hung a TV that could also be viewed from the bed that jutted out on the opposite wall. I looked over to the closed door which housed the bathroom and smiled at the memories made in there.
