*FROST BITE PACK - ALPHA'S WING*
Drip.
Drip.
Drip.
Blood ran down the white stone floor.
Pooled by the door.
The maids lined up outside, heads down. Trembling.
No one spoke.
Because behind that door was
Hayley.
It’s known.
Everyone knows.
*Alpha Kieran is a monster in bed.*
Last rut, one omega’s ribs were broken.
She tried to satisfy him.
She didn’t make it out.
Rumors spread like wildfire through the pack.
Girls pray to the moon goddess every night.
"Pick me. Let me be the one."
Most of them end up in the healer’s tent.
Or worse.
Because he doesn’t stop.
Not until he’s done.
Except Hayley.
Hayley is the only woman to ever survive him.
To ever _satisfy_ him.
So now she’s his favorite.
Treated special.
Given the best furs. The best food.
The best room.
And because of that?
She’s cruel.you don’t want to get on her bad side
I looked at the maid and she immediately got it.
She dropped to her knees, head bowed, and pulled out the dress.
Silk. Black.
Cut so low it was practically a sin.
Lace that barely covered anything.
The perfect lingerie for the night.
I smiled in the mirror.
Perfect.
"I'm Kieran's baby," I said out loud, just to hear it.
"Of course he won't resist me."
His rut is coming.
I can smell it on him. On his furs. On the air.
It will definitely happen today.
So I must be ready for him.
Gosh.
I exhaled and my thighs clenched.
Already wet between my legs just imagining his length.
The way he fills me.
The way he breaks me and puts me back together.
The other girls pray to survive him.
I pray for more.
"Snow!" I yelled.
The door flew open immediately.
She ran in, breathless. Young. Loyal.
She’s my favorite maid. The only one I’m free with.
The others fear me.
Snow worships me.
"My lady," she said, eyes shining.
"I've made the necessary arrangements. It's your turn today. Ofc."
She giggled, holding up the black lace.
"Who else is as pretty as you?"
I smiled slow.
Ran a finger under her chin.
"You have a talent for making me happy," I purred.
"More bonus for you."
Her whole face lit up.
"Thank you!" she smiled happily.
"Bounced on her feet like a pup.
I let her dress me.
Hands shaking a little as she tied the laces.
She smells like soap and nerves.
She's been with me for 6 months.
She's seen the blood on the floor.
She's seen me walk out of his room smiling.
And she still looks at me like I'm a goddess.
"Will he be rough tonight?" she whispered.
Curious. Not scared.
"Always," I said.
"And I’ll love every second."
Snow helped me with the final clasp.
Then stepped back, admiring her work.
"You look perfect, my lady.
He won't be able to resist."
AWW BACK TO *SERENA* 😭💜 We left her with wolfsbane threats and now she’s safe in bed?

*CHAPTER 5: TORREN'S CLOAK - SERENA POV*
*BLACKWOOD PACK - MY ROOM*
I woke up.
Soft blankets.
My little bed.
But something was wrong.
It was too heavy.
Too warm.
Smelled like pine and storm.
Toren's cloak.
Draped over me.
My heart jumped.
"What happened?" I whispered to myself.
"Why does my head feel blank? I can't place what happened."
"Serena?" I heard, I turned and saw Alice
She slipped in, shutting the door fast.
Relief flooded her face when she saw me awake.
"How did you survive last night?" she asked immediately.
Eyes scanning me for injuries.
Alice.
She’s the only kind friend I’ve ever had in this pack.
She once fought Maya for me.
Maya called me "wolf-less trash" in the dining hall.
Alice broke her nose.
Alice was punished severely after that.
I sat up, clutching Toren's cloak tighter.
"I don't know," I said, voice shaking.
"I woke up here. With this."
Alice sat on the edge of my bed.
Took my hand.
",what happened last night.’’she whispered.
"
She squeezed my hand.
breathing."
I stared at her.
My head pounded.
I pressed my hands to my temples.
Pieces were coming back. Sharp. Wrong.
"I remember..." I said slowly.
"Going into the woods."
Alice leaned in. "What woods? Why?"
"I don't know!" My voice cracked.
.
“I wolfed out yesterday,”I dropped the bombshell , I watched her stare at me with awe,.
Alice immediately climbed onto my bed.
Pulled the cloak tighter around both of us.
"Okay," she whispered. "Talk to me.
SERENA?!"
I nodded, still dazed.
"I can’t believe it either.
All my life they called me wolf-less trash.
And now... I felt fur. Fangs. Everything."
Alice grabbed my face with both hands.
"Do you know how huge this is?!
Late shifts happen, but they’re rare.
And they’re usually triggered by trauma or—"
"Or danger," I finished.
"The red eyes. The thing in the woods."
We both went quiet.
"Serena," Alice said softly.
"Are you scared?"
I thought about it.
About the pain. The power.
The way it felt to be _more_ than just the omega no one wanted.
"No," I said.
"I'm terrified.
But... I’m also not scared of them anymore."
Alice grinned. Wide and proud.
"That’s my girl."
She bumped my shoulder.
"We’ll figure this out. Together.
The Elders don’t need to know yet.
Not until we know what that thing in the woods was."
I looked down at my hands again.
They didn’t shake this time.
For the first time in my life,
I wasn’t powerless.
HALL*
*BLACKWOOD PACK - COUNCIL HALL*
Silence.
Cold stone.
Torches flickering on the walls.
The Council of Elders sat in a half circle.
Five of them. Old. Stern.
First Elder in the center, scars running down his jaw.
The Alpha sat on the high table his beta by his side
First Elder Drake leaned forward. Scars cutting across his jaw.
His voice was gravel and command.
"We cannot allow the terror to happen again," Drake said.
"Our people are dying every day.
Children are disappearing.
Blood in the snow.
We need a strong alliance. Now.
Not later. Now."
He slammed his fist on the stone table.
Second Elder Jude scoffed. Thin lips, cruel eyes.
He didn’t even look at me.
"Alliance? With who? The Alpha just dismissed this girl the other day claiming she was weak. Wolf-less."
He finally turned to me and sneered.
"We need information from her.
She knows something.
She was there last night.
Blood on her hands.
Interrogate her. Properly."
My knees went weak.
Third Elder Yalda. Old woman, bones like twigs, eyes clouded white.
She raised a crooked finger.
"Interrogation will give us lies and fear," she rasped.
"We need truth. We need a consultation.
A witch. The one in the East Marsh.
She can see what happened.
She can see what the girl saw."
Fourth Elder, broad and silent till now, nodded once.
"I concur with Elder Jude," he said. Deep voice.
"The meeting was dismissed too quickly the other time.
The Alpha let emotion rule.
We need to get to the root of the problem.
Not coddle it."
Silence.
Then the last Elder spoke. Elder Varn.
He hadn’t said a word all year.
"Enough," he said.
"If the terror of the night is this strong, then Blackwood alone will fall.
We get an alliance.
From a stronger pack.
Silverfang. Or Bloodmoon.or maybe the FROSTBITE
We go to war with the terrors of the night.
Or we die in our beds
The air went cold.
Kade didn’t look at them.
Then he turned to the council. Slow.
"You dare mention Frostbite?"
His voice was low. Dangerous.
"The strongest pack.
Where swords bow at the name.
The unstoppable pack of the ruthless beast who slaughters without warning."
"That's a no zone.
What makes you think he will ever agree to help us?kade said
Frostbite doesn’t do alliances.
Frostbite takes what it wants
Then Toren spoke The
Beta. Jaw tight.
Toren’s voice was calm but firm.
"Let us get Serena for questioning."
Kade turned to him.
"Questioning?"
“Yes questioning” Toren repeated
“I’ll go get her “he added and exited the hall
The whole hall went silent…….
