I might have gotten overboard when I purposely whispered to Klarence's ear while still looking back to Terrence. I saw his angry gaze and bleeding hands before he left the dining hall. He might not have noticed it but Duke was sharing his consciousness. His one eye was yellow and the other was hazel brown.
I feel pride in myself to be able to know this thing when he himself doesn't. Future alpha my ass. I will be a better candidate than him. Maybe I should challenge him once I become a member of this pack. Too bad I have to leave once I turn eighteen.
The dinner went on uneventfully after Terrence left. I could care less where he ran off to. I happily finish my first ever meal with the Moonstone pack. Alpha Daniel and Luna Isabella were so happy I joined them.
