Before I knew that this was a werewolf pack everyone I knew that was married here had some sort of tattoo on their neck at first I thought it was weird and when I asked Sky and Vanessa they said it was just a coincidence I didn't believe them but I kept quiet, with time I kind of pushed it at the back of my mind because for whatever reason they had those tattoos didn't bother me, they were good people but when I found out that they were wolves and the tattoo was actually the mate mark when they explained the how and why, what it meant and simbolized was something I envyed but when I realized Gray had been scared to mark me and complete the mating process I felt a little hurt and rejected, at the same time I understood his fears but all I wanted was for everyone to know I was
