Jake started talking to himself as he stood up and exited Lucas' office.
“Jake, wait! Where are you going?” Lucas called out to him, but instead of getting a response, he heard the cracking of bone.
“s**t, Ruby, stop that?” He yelled as he also dashed out of his office with the others. By the time they got outside, all they saw was Jake's shirt and shoes, now in shreds.
Jake had already transformed and was headed for the market.
