In her state of despair, Gina had totally forgotten about the reptile and did not realize that it had long stopped crawling.   She could still feel it on her thigh and after sometimes when the thing did not move, she opened her eyes and was met with two tiny eyes staring back at her.   “Ahhhhhhhh!!!” Gina let out a shriek, her voice reverberating in the whole forest.   The reptile was still on her lap, staring back completely unfazed by her screams.   At the sight of the lizard, Gina's fears did not subside a little, even though she was happy that it wasn’t a snake and wouldn’t poison her to death as she had first thought.   She jerked up, swatted it off, and continued running, leaving her small bag which was thrown away during her fall behind.   Gina continued glancing ba
