Autumn POV
Suddenly, a silver light shimmers across the courtyard and toward us. It settles right next to Corbin who pales as he realizes who he is looking at. "Moon Goddess." He whispers as he bows low and bares his neck, as has the entire crowd.
"Hello, my children." Selene's voice echoes.
"Selene, it's been so long since we've seen you." I mumble as I embrace her.
"I've missed you too, my child. We shall reunite once again later, for now, we need to proceed with the ceremony." She whispers.
