As we approached the territory of Moonvalley, I could feel the tension mounting within me, a knot of anxiety tightening in my chest. The pack's territory loomed before us, a sprawling expanse of forest and mountains shrouded in mist. We parked our vehicles at the edge of the territory and prepared to make our approach.
"Remember, we're here to convince them, not to force them," I reminded my pack, the tone in my voice poignant as I remembered the devastation we just left behind. "Let's try to avoid unnecessary bloodshed if we can."
