I feel like I'm falling through the sky, my surroundings passing me by at the speed of light. Suddenly, everything stops moving, and I am floating, suspended just above the ground. Looking at the sky above me, I notice it's dark, but the sun is coming up. It's dawn. I tilt my head, trying to make sense of where I am. I can see rows and rows of trees to my right, they're all covered in a dusting of morning dew. I can see low clouds, floating above the trees like misty fog. Deer are cautiously walking around, owls are hooting. I tilt my head to the left and I can see a massive clearing, the dim lights of what looks to be a village, maybe a pack, illuminating the grass, highlighting the dips in the land. It looks familiar.
"Iris?" I link my wolf, but I don't get an answer. Hmm, weird.
