❤️ Gabby's pov
During the lunch break I couldn't go to the cafeteria, and Claire went outside for some fresh air so I just sat alone in class until my boyfriend, Sam, came in.
"Gabby I've been looking for you all over the cafeteria, why didn't you come out for lunch? he asked
" Nothing, just don't have the appetite for it" I said softly
" C'mon Babe" he called sitting next to me and holding my hands gently like it was the most fragile thing in his life.
" Look at me" he said, lifting my chin up,his blue eyes locking into mine, I was lost in his eyes for a moment before his question brought me back.
" You're not happy, talk to me" his gaze still fixed on me
"I'm really worried about Claire, I feel like her part time job is putting her in danger, I mean... She has everything she wants, what more would make her want to do a part time job"

At that point, I really didn't know what to say either I knew that Claire's family was doing well off so, I don't really think she was doing it for the money but right now, I can't tell Gabby anything so all I can do now is just to comfort her.
I brought her closer, looked at beautiful Grey eyes, I used my thumb to gently wipe off the tear already falling from her eye, placed her head on my chest while caressing her silky soft blonde hair.

I really felt a kind of spark and comfort with the way he looked into my eyes, it was calm and peaceful, when he placed my head on his chest I felt his warmth and I didn't regret choosing him.
"Thank you so much, Sam"
"It's nothing my love, it's my responsibility to always keep you happy" suddenly the bell for end of break rang, interrupting the sweet moment we were having, I just wished I could pause time so we would stay like that a little bit longer but I couldn't.
"I'll come meet you after class"
"Oh, don't worry about that, I'll be going out with Claire after school today so I would meet you tomorrow" I said with a smile
"Okay love" he gave me a soft peck on my forehead before he left.

"Seems you spent the lunch break with your lover boy,your cheeks are so red"Claire said with a chuckle while sitting down beside me
" He's so sweet" I said smiling sheepishly
" Better try to compose yourself love bird, Mr Mc Cole is in class already " she said bringing out her textbook.
