"Great you got everything, now hurry and eat both of you, before you set off" he says rubbing his hands together smiling, Reece and I send each other a look than turn to my dad.
"Set off for where?" I ask plating my dad some food handing it to him, I wasn't told about some place I was meant to be going or why for that matter.
"I must have forgot to tell you, it's far too dangerous for you to stay here so you and Reece will be heading to another town, until all of this blows over" he says starting to dig into his food as though it was nothing, I once again look to Reece who was just staring dumbfounded at my dad.
"It's dangerous for everyone living here but you don't see them packing up and leaving, how bad would it look if the lead officer’s daughter leaves town?" I ask crossing my arms
