Lucien, at an animalistic speed hurried back to the clan. Majority was out since it was night, but the leader of the clan, Amir, was his main interest. His clan member and leader, Amir, had him sent to make just a small errand but it wasn't all too small now was it? Amir was seated on a chair in the dimly lit room, his red eyes glowed which more than contrasted from the other yellow lighting. It was either he was pissed about something, or someone had recently managed to get him on his very much wrong side. He was quite intimidating, and most of all, he was stoic. “Yes Lucien. What happened?” The mission wasn't as easy as he thought it would be, and he felt more than guilty to even spread the news. His one job was to get the human off the road before a certain time, but he was stubborn as hell. “I've met your mate Sir. I've tried everything to warn him, he just wouldn't budge. He kept on slurping at the beer bottles.” Amir slowly got up from the chair, his expensive suedes came into sight before Lucien could see his face and the rest of his body, he internally trembled as his superior came in his line of vision. His hands was quickly stuffed in his pocket to come off as less nervous as Amir's hard gaze took in his being. His looks could poison a snake. “It was just a simple errand Lucien. All you had to do was tell my stubborn mule of a mate to go home before twelve. You're a vampire for Christ sake, you could've compelled him.” The nervous man could clearly see the rage on the other man's face, his eyes flashed crimson but it was later gone when he stepped silently towards him, he flinched back unconciously from him and he was surprised to see the man's nose turned up. He was— sniffing him? His nose was turned up and lips casted in a disgusted scowl, Amir huffed. “Why do you smell of my mate Lucien? You better not Kay your hands on him.” The huge clock in the attic of the old dilapidated mansion of a house sounded above their heads, Lucien couldn't help but become extremely frightened when he saw Amir's eyes widened. At quick speed, his black thick coat was around his wide shoulders as he aimlessly moved around the room. “Its twelve. The beasts are out.” Meanwhile, a hyped up Carter was still at the bar, surprisingly, he hadn't ordered any more drinks. The music was enough to distract him as the gyrated with a curvy black haired woman. Her hips moved gracefully, her buttocks moved rhythmically against his crotch as seductive music blasted from the speakers. “You know how to move dem' hips baby girl.” He commented, his lips brushed her earlobe, her back arched as he grounded himself futher against her, Carter couldn't help but smile when he saw the blush on her pale cheeks, skin like porcelain, so smooth and soft, he had seated to fantasize about his warm arms massaging them. Everyone was cheering as the dancers moved like they owned the floor, Carter's hands found her waist, she smiled mischievously as her hands slithered around his neck. Carter rolled his neck, since it was the most sensitive place on his body, and tried his best to not look uncomfortable. He was yet to sober up, but drunk made him brave, brave enough to dance infront of a room filled with people. His hands found her firm rounded buttocks she moaned against his neck sending pleasurable thrills down his spine. “Want us to take the night somewhere else baby.” The unknown woman whispered suggestively in his ear, he took the last gulp and finished the bottle— nodding a yes. Amir and Lucien ran into town, knowing where exactly was targeted tonight. He didn't care if others were hurt but he dam well wasn't going going to allow his mate to be one of those persons. The rest of his clan was there, they knew what was about to go down, they knew that tonight, was going to be bloody. It was going to be a feast.   Vampires of the rival clan had been terrorizing, feeding off and killing off vulnerable, human civilians. As a vampire that had only good intentions, care about these humans because he once was, it was his top priority to protect them. It wasn't like he could approached them tell them straight up. Humans we're good people at least some, some was smart, some was fool like a duck. Sure they had myths about supernaturals, but none really believed. They only use it as stories for kids bedtime story, again, stupid enough to they were the only one walking among themselves. The place was a sight to see when the group reached. Their rivals had already done it. The damage was already done. He could smell their stench from any where in the world. He could almost taste their toxicity, their thirst and their willingness to kill. He could smell death in the air, and Amir knew, it wasn't going to be him, his clan members, and most importantly his mate. He ran to the bar. Rockie's. That was it's name. It was the only place in town that was open up until five in the morning. It was the only place that blood bags were in abundance, this time of the night, when these supernatural have left their spots.  He was about five yards from the door. He didn't worry to push it open, cause it was already on the ground in pieces. Sharp splinters and bits was on the floor, the place was crowded with vampires, human were passed out if not dead on the ground, some barely moving, the bartender was hiding under the table, he could smell the fear pulsating through the man's veins. “Have you seen Carter?” The frightened man jumped backwards, probably from fright, maybe thought it was his time. Before he could ask the question again, he was tackled to the floor, an unidentified vampire, towered him. He was not from his clique. And his only instinct was to go for the kill. Amir quickly reacted, he kicked the undead  male in the kneecaps, the thing hunched over, at an animalistic speed, Amir lunged at him, knocking him over, he wasted no time, the threw glass shards like darts, all four logged it's way inside of the vamp, it slowed him down. Black blood leaked from his wounds, the enemy vampire staggered to his feet, the longest if the shard, sliced it's neck off completely. Amir, once again straightened his tailored suit. “Again, human. Where's Carter?” Around them there was a bloody scene. Everything was broken, bodies like crazy, Amir felt angered. He was late. “He left with a woman. They were feelin' each other.” He was pissed. Not only was he late, his mate had already left. He pulled the man from under the table, he gently spoke. He didn't want the man to feel threatened, after been a witness, the man was shock. Amir wanted answers so he remained as calm as possible. “Can you describe her? Do you know which direction he went?” The still shocked man answered, looking around the room, Amir reached reached his hands out and held onto both sides of the man's head and turned it into his direction. “Look at me. Where did he go? Which woman did he leave with?” “She had long black hair, she was wearing a tight leather dress and red heels. She looked pale like she hadn't tanned in years. He's probably going to her house.” That was enough. Jealous and pissed, he knew the answer, yet he just wanted to confirm it. It looked like the guy knew what was going to be asked, he answered without hesitation. “Drunk or sober, he never bring a nightstand or anyone to his house. He's been coming here for years, even I don't know where he live.” The vamp rustled the man's hair like he was an obedient child that was being praised.  His brown hair remembered him of someone before the 'turn' and everything. “You've been helpful. Thank you.” Amir paused and ensure that he maintained direct eye contact and was ready to work his mijo. “You don't remember anything.” The man blinked twisted, probably confused. Amir compelled him.
