They got back to the bar Damon slowly lifted Hopes body out of the car she was still unconscious but the bleeding had stopped he took that as a good sign .

He carried her in and took her straight to her room that she shared with Autumn.

He gently laid her on the bed then turned to Autumn who had followed him in then Zach who had also entered the room.

Damon snaps himself out of his thoughts “ I will sit with her you eat this is been hard on you to you need food “ he says to Autumn.

Zach took Autumns hand and led her out to the bar to get food .

He smiled to himself sat back in the chair and watched sleeping beauty sleep .

Autumn popped back in later with some food for Damon then she looked so exhausted still so Damon suggested she got her head down in his bed . Zach went with her “yeah “he thought not suspicious at all .

It was getting dark out , night was falling he found himself dozing in and out of sleep in the chair .

Suddenly he heard a noise he opened his eyes to see Hope sitting on the side of the bed.

“ Yeah “ Hope gave a big sigh “ a few years ago Autumn lost someone important to her it pushed her over the edge she got into some dark magic it nearly destroyed her plus the world with her . Hope was going to object but considering how much she still ached she just nodded In acceptance .

Damon went out grabbed there food and a couple of beers walked back to the room he could hear what sounded like Hope in the shower .He laid the food out and Hope came out in a tiny little towel drying her hair with another towel .

She saw the food and a big grin spread across her face .

Hope told him about her life, her parents death , how she met Autumn and about being the warrior.

Damon decided to tell her about the rest of his story the bits she didn’t know which was similar parents die and how he became a hunter .

They finish there food Damon looks at the clock he is suddenly sleepy .

“Do you mind if I sleep in here as Autumn has my bed ?” He asks .

“ Of course not “ Hope says .

He takes his shirt and t shirt off and slips his boots off .
