Back to school

Episode 3:

"Ring, ring, ring."the phone in Bernardo's hands kept ringing."Boss,your parents are calling." Bernardo said handing the phone to iris who just finished whipping the blood that splash on her hands when the bullet went through Lorenzo's head.

"Hey mom."iris said sweetly when the call connected,far different from her cold threatening voice when she was dealing with Lorenzo.

"Hey sweetie, where are you,I learnt from your trainer that you left the arena hours ago." Jane, iris mom asked."Am at the base mom am just about to head home."iris answered."Okay darling be back early,your dad just came back and we have something to talk to you about."Jane said."Okay mom,bye.iris said hanging up the call.

Let's head home."iris said as they head out of the cell to the helicopter pad where the helicopter they came with was waiting to take them back.

"Am homeee."iris shouted immediately she entered the house."I missed you so much baby girl."Jane said giving iris a warm welcome hug.",I missed you too momma."iris said hugging her mom back.

"Hmm, seems my baby girl forgot all about me"carlo, iris's dad muttered to the hearing of iris and Jane."Daddyyy.."iris shouted jumping on her father who was on the sofa and giving pulling him into a tight hug.

"I missed you so much daddy,you didn't tell me you were done with the mission.?iris pouted."Can't breath sweetie, you're choking me."carlo said as iris smiled embarrassing while releasing her father.

"Sorry dad, just missed you so much."iris said taking a seat by her father."Don't worry, sweetie, daddy also misses you so much."Carlo said pulling iris closer to himself.

"Okay guys you can continue your daughter,father relationship after dinner cause the food is getting cold."Jane said leading them to the dinner table.

"Mom you said you needed to talk to me about something.Is there anything you want me to handle?"iris as Jane when they where sites around the dinner table.

"Actually the thing is your dad and I have decided that it's time to take a break from the underworld and finish college since there are no missions now and you also need to live a carefree life like every ordinary highschool girl."Jane answered.

"Wow mom,it seems we think alike mom,I was planning on having a vacation and finishing highschool and I was kinda thinking you guys wouldn't agree but now that you said it,am actually relieved

"Why would you think we would restrict you from going back to school?Even though we far for anyone that might offend you but that doesn't mean we would stop you from finishing school darling"Carlo said."Sorry dad,guess I thought too much.so when am I starting?"iris asked after apologizing for her earlier words.

"We already enrolled you in Tanshen university and your classes will be starting on Monday so you have two days to prepare since today is Friday."Carlo answered."Okay . thanks dad, thanks mom."I gat to go get my beauty sleep."iris said kissing her parents on the cheek."Okay dear,have a goodnight."Jane and carlo said together as they watch iris go upstairs.

"Why didn't you tell her about the mission.?"Jane asked her husband when he was helping her clear the dinner table."She will figure it out on her own after all those guys at the university are born bullies and one or two of them are bound to cross paths with her so mission or not our girl is going to teach those brats some lessons and kept them in check."Carlo answered nonchalantly while rensing the plates that Jane washed.

"You are right honey, am really proud if who our little girl has become.
