CHAPTER 15
Marsha went by Danny’s to tell Brian about Samuel staying. She went in the door to be greeted by Brian.
“Hello, Beautiful,” he said, taking her in his arms and pulling her close.
“Don’t look back, but the couple at the table in the corner at the back have been arguing. She called him Mule and he called her Beth,” whispered Brian.
Marsha stiffened. “I need to tell Danny to save a pie for me. I am craving it something terrible,” said Marsha loud enough to be heard.
She headed for the kitchen. When she went into the kitchen, Danny started to say something to her. She held up her hand for quiet and took out her phone.
“This is Sgt. Marsha Dane. I am at Danny’s Bar and Grill. I have two suspects in a kidnapping here now. I need back up and tell them to come in silently.”
