It was late evening when they got back from Castle park, and the sun was already setting. Much to Daniella's disappointment, there had been no sign of Andrei. She'd looked for him as subtly as she could, but the house was empty apart from her and Nik.
"Dad's said I can invite some friends round tonight as he's out. Is that okay with you?" He asked.
As someone who thrived on being social, Daniella happily agreed. But she was frustrated she wouldn't see Andrei. Although she didn't want to admit it to herself, ever since they kissed she had wanted to be near him. Just being in the same room as him gave her a thrill, the stolen glances adding to the allure of their forbidden encounters.
