Chapter Two: The Anger

~An hour later~

~On the way to Houston~

~At a Gas Station~

Shaking her body, Parker tried to wake her up who supposedly fell asleep after crying hysterically with tears staining her face. She fluttered her eyes open to have a blurry vision. "Ariel... Wake up." He says, as she blinked her eyes a few more times as few tears came out and she was finally able to see him, clearly. "Are you hungry? Just nod if you are..." He asks, as he helped her to sit up by holding her forearm. Ariel looked down on her sandals refusing to even look towards or answer him. "You wanna stay quiet? Then do it! I don't f****** care about you!" He said, and turned back around, removing the keys from the car and opened the door before he exited from the car to fill the fuel in it.

Noticing him getting out of the car from her peripherial vision she looks at the console to look for any tool with which she could help herself. She didn't move much knowning she was being watched by him, as he filled the tank. To her surprise she found him walking away towards the store after paying for the fuel. Her hands were tied but her feet weren't. She raised her legs and kept them the tunnel console. Pushing herself with the help of her legs she sat on the tunnel console first, then proceeded to sit at the passenger seat.

Looking around the empty gas station, Parker glanced at the convenience store and proceeded walking towards the store. Walking into the convenience store, he walked towards the noodles section. Picking up three cup noodles he went towards the drink section and picked out a few drinks and water from there and finally moved towards the checkout counter. "Anything else?" The cashier asked. "Add a few chocolate bars that girls like to eat..." He said, with a cold expression as the cashier chuckled. Turning towards his side he took four to five different chocolate bars and proceeded to keep them at the counter. "Got a girlfriend, huh?" The cashier asked. "Nope, a... friend, yeah! A friend!" He replied, with a sad chuckle. "That would be thirteen dollars and fifty-three cents!" The cashier said. "Here! And please can you cook these three? I'll go and you know give her this!" He said, as the cashier nodded with a smile. "Don't worry! I got you!" He said with a wink as Parker nodded his head, and walked out with the brown bag in his hand.

'Oh God! Please help me!' Ariel thought, as she faced the window and tried to open the tunnel console. Trying for a few seconds, she was finally able to open it. Pushing her hands inside the tunnel console, she tried sensing things and to find the key of the . She glanced towards the store to find Parker coming out with a brown bag, making her eyes widened. Closing back the tunnel console, she immediately tried to go back to the backseat of the cat but in doing so, she fell on the floor and injured herself. Hissing at the pain she pulled her legs back and laid her head back, tiredly.

Opening the door of the back seat, Parker stood confused to find her on the floor of the car. "How did you get here?" He asked, as he kept the bag at the seat and helped her get up from the floor. "Stay here only. I'll back in a minute!" He said, as he made her sat back on the seat. Closing the door he again went towards the store, jogging.

Entering the store, he looked over the counter to find the cashier standing at the hot water station. "I've filled them... Just keep them closed for three minutes and you'll be done!" The cashier said, as Parker nodded his head and walked towards him. Picking up all the three cups he thanked the cashier. "Thanks, man!" He said, as the cashier chuckled. "No need, bro! Enjoy your day! And let me know when she becomes your... You know girlfriend..." The cashier joked, as Parker shook his head with a chuckle. "Haha! Sure, sure!" Parker joked, and walked out of the store, carefully caring the cups.

Looking over at the bag, Ariel sat there confused. 'What did he bring in this? What if its sleeping pills to make me fall asleep and not know where he is taking me...' She thought to herself, as more horrifying thoughts covered her mind. The rail of her thoughts were broken, as Parker snapped his fingers in front of her. She was too much engaged into her thoughts that she didn't even realised him entering the car. "What were you thinking, huh?" Parker asked, as Ariel stared at him, who continued to park the car on a side to avoid any problems. Getting out of the driver's seat, he opened the backseat's door and sat beside Ariel who just stared at him, blankly. "What? Why are you staring at me like that?" He asked , raising his brows, making her look away. Grabbing her face, he made her face him, as he took out the cloth from her mouth, making her cough a little. Taking out a water bottle from the paper bag, he removed the cap for her, and was about to make her drink it when she objected. "No..." She objected, making him furrow his brows. "Why? You are coughing, Ariel... Let me-" Parker spoke, but was cut off in between. "Because it can have something dissolved in it... I w- won't drink it!" She reasoned, as he groaned. "You are so stubborn! It's just water." He said, and drank it, while she stared at him. After four to five minutes of silence, Parker broke it. "Does that proves that I haven't mixed anything in it?" He asked, suddenly, startling her. "What..." She said, confused. "I drank the water from it and I'm alive... No poison in it or medication to kill you! Now, will you eat and drink?" He questions, with raised brows, as she stared at him for a second before nodding her head, slowly. Opening the bottle he helped her to drink from it. "But... Why are you doing this?" Ariel questioned, as soon as he removed the bottle from her mouth, making him let out an inaudible sigh and close the bottle. "You wanna have noodles first or the chocolates?" He asked, ignoring her question, as he kept the bottle back in the paper bag, making Ariel nodded her head, and look opposite to him, ignoring his question. "I don't have much time, Ariel... I am being respectful... I'm feeding you lunch even though I shouldn't... So, just keep up with me..." He said, and picked up one of the cup of noddles. Doing the necessary things for the cup noodles, he was supposed to, he took the cup and fork near her face, trying to feed her but she didnt took a tiny bite of it, making him sigh.

~Houston~

~Richard's Mansion~

"Bye~" Trevor chirped, as he sat in the luxurious car and went away towards his home. "Maria had fun today with Trevor..." Richard's wife, Angelina spoke with her sweet angelic voice, with a smile on her face which showed her dimples and shutted her amber eyes completely. "I know... But I don't know where these guys are... Sean is becoming impatient to talk with Parker... And Parker isn't picking up his phone!" He stated, with a tired sigh. "Don't worry! Everything will be fine... And yeah, it's your turn to change Maria's diaper. So let's go inside..." Angelina said, with a giggle, making Richard chuckle. Turning she started walking inside the mansion. "But-" Richard started but got cut off. "No buts! Mrs. Grande had a date today with her husband. So, I gave her a day off, now you mister go inside and change her diaper!" Saying so, she walked inside while chuckling, leaving him groaning. Suddenly, his phone started buzzing, gaining his attention. "Oh no! Not again..." Richard cries, as he took out his phone and picked up the call of his boss. "Richard! I'm seriously done with Parker this time! WHERE THE F*** IS HE?!" Sean screamed over the phone, making Richard remove the phone from his ear and close his eyes, being completely done. "Sean... I told you, he must be out somewhere drinking and smoking... Like he always does when he is missing Ariel... Try to understand, my boy..." He lied, making Sean let out the deadly smoke of the cigarette he was currently holding between his fingers. "Okay fine! He's out there missing Ariel! But why can't I track his phone?! Every f****** time! EVERY. F******. TIME. I was able to hack his location! Then what's the problem now? I want you to track his location now and tell me where he is! I'm gonna go there and beat the sh*t out of him! It's my order! DO YOU HEAR ME?" He yelled, as Richard again removed the phone from his ear and sighed. "Okay! I got it!" Richard replied, as the call immediately ended, making him let out an another sigh. "Sir! Ma'am is calling for you!" The guard informed, making him nod his head, as he proceeded to walk inside, tiredly. Besides being a good teammate, Clark was also a good husband and father. No matter what the situation was for him, his family always came first and that was the thing about him which made Angelina marry him.

~San Antonio~

~At Police Station~

"It's been one hour sincey daughter got kidn*pped! Why are you doing nothing, officer?" Mr. Williams yelled, as he banged his fist on the table, in anger, making the female officer let out a sigh. "Sir, please try to understand my situation... My son is with them! They have threatened me... I know that you are worried but please try keeping yourself in my position, too. He's just a six year old boy... As soon as my child is here! I promise you I'll try to do something!" She said. "Try? What do you mean by trying? You have to do something!" Nate yelled. "Yes! I can only try, Mr. Gonzalo... They are one of the most dangerous mafia's of the country... Nobody dares to do anything against them and you want me to write a FIR against them and go catch them! Its not that easy! I received a call from one of the members of the group, Richard Clark, we have only heard their names, sir... We don't even have one person in this country who can tell how they look like, not even one!" The officer yelled, and sighed as she ended her speech. After the silence of one minute, she herself broke it. "Mr. Williams and Mr. Gonzalo... I understand your feelings but please try to understand how I feel, too... I'm a single mother and the only family I've is my kid and they have him right now... Please I'm already tensed up and I promise you I'll try to find your daughter and your sister..." She said, as Mr. Williams nodded his head understanding her feelings. "I... understand... We will go now... Take care..." Mr. Williams said, as he left the police station with Nate. "What are we gonna do now, Uncle?" He asked, as Mr. Williams shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know... Maybe... Just live our lifes like we used to..." Mr. Williams stated, as he proceeded walking towards his car. "What? But Uncle-" Nate started, but stopped, as Mr. Williams stopped in his tracks and turned around to face him. "But what, Nate? You heard what the officer said! I don't know why those monsters took away my Rebecca! And Ariel, she wasn't also any less than my daughter... I always loved her like my daughter... But I don't know what we are supposed to do now!" Mr. Williams yelled, as the corner of his eyes watered, catching Nate off guard, and catching the attention of the other people there. "I'm sorry, Uncle... I shouldn't stress you out! Let's just go home! Give me the keys... I'll drive!" Nate said, as he took the keys from Mr. Williams hand and proceeded to walk towards the car, as Mr. Williams followed him slowly, from behind, tired.

~Two hours later~

~Houston~

Stopping the car in Richard's driveway, the guard came out and open the door for Aiden, as he finally stepped out of the car and stretched his arms. "Huff~ I'm so tired..." He said, and cracked his knuckles, neck and back. Once he was done, one of the guards immediately opened the trunk for him, where lied Rebecca with her hands cuffed, mouth tapped and eyes wrapped with a cloth. Picking her up bridal style, he proceeded to walk towards the inside of the mansion, as the guards and maids bowed their heads as they saw him enter. Once he reached the sitting area, he kept her on one of the couches and sat down on the other one. In a matter of few seconds, one of the servants bought a glass of water for him, while one went to inform Richard about his arrival. As soon as, he finished drinking the water, he found Richard climbing down the staircase with Maria in his arms and Angelina beside him. "How did it go?" Richard asked, as soon as he stepped down the last stair. "Well, it was fine, to be honest... She woke up when we were filling the gas and then I had to do the chloroform thing again... Now she won't wake up for another hour..." He told, as Angelina chuckled. "That happens... But where is Parker? Sean is losing his senses... Richard just received another call from him..." Angelina spoke, as Aiden rolled his eyes. "I don't know... Rebecca came to open the door and we got her first and we sat inside the car and then it was turn for that girl... We waited and then she came to check by God's grace and Parker caught her but she screamed and everyone came so he threw her inside the car and we just started the car and vroom... Vroom~" Aiden explained, making the couple chuckle. "Now give this cupcake to me... I wanna play with her..." Aiden requested, and raised his arms as Richard passed Maria to him, as she giggled as she went into his arms. Walking closer to Rebecca, Angelina bent down on her knees and removed the duct tape from her eyes and mouth, and stared at her face silently for a few seconds. "She's beautiful, isn't she?" Angelina spoke, once she was done, admiring her. "She is... Sean always used to admire her pictures while saying that..." Richard told, catching Aiden's attention, too. "What?" He asked, confused, as Richard chuckled. "He was a mad lover back then... Always smiling and happy... He wouldn't come back here for two to three weeks..." Richard spoke, as he remembered the first time, he heard Rebecca's name from Sean's mouth.

~Flashback~

~4 years ago~

Breaking the hug, he shuffled both of their hair, as they whined. "Dude~ Not with my hair!" Both of them said together, making him chuckle. "Okay, okay! Fine... But before my Uncles take both of your's classes, you wanna tell me whats going on?" Richard asked, keeping a hand on Sean's shoulder, as he was taller than them and still is. "Um... Well, you know just like you... I mean Sean will explain, right Sean?" Parker said, as he raised his brows at Sean who looked kind of scared. "What? Me?! No! Parker is going to tell you!" Sean says, making Richard sigh. "Fine! So... We met some girls like you met Angelina and we became friends... Like you and Angelina... Yeah, so pretty much like that!" Parker said, in one breath, fast, making Richard's eyes widen, as he released what they meant. "Angelina is the daughter of an ex-mafia... That's why I am dating her! Are you guys idiots to just go and make any f****** normal girl your girlfriend!" He yelled, in a low tone, as anger fueled inside him. "We know that, Richard... But they are not our girlfriends, yet. We just became friends with them!" Sean defends, as Richard rolled his eyes and massaged his temples with one of his hands. "Are you serious? Like seriously... What if those girls get to know about your real 1? They will not wait for a second to go to the police and inform them... Do you understand me?" He asked, as both the younger ones looked at each other and rolled their eyes. "Parker! Sean! Do you hear me?" Richard asked again yet there was no response. "Her name is Rebecca and she's not like that! Even if she got to know about my real identity, she won't tell anyone! Okay?" Sean says, as Richard sighs. "Parker, at least you..." Richard speaks again yet the reply from was same. "I agree with Sean, Richard... Ariel isn't like that! We spent two weeks there and we know them enough to know how they are!" He says, as both of them proceeded to walk further inside leaving him standing there with a sigh.

~Flashback ends~

"So, Parker wasn't like this at all..." Aiden asks, as Richard nodded his head. "I've seen both of them growing up together... After Rebecca and Ariel just disappeared... Both of them had an extreme change in their personalities... But I really think now they are gonna turn back like they were before..." Richard said, as both of them listened to him, silently. Suddenly, Aiden's phone rang catching his attention, he took out his phone from his pocket with one hand while he held Maria with his other hands. "It's Parker!" Aiden informed, as he read the contact name and immediately picked up the call. "Hello, Parker! Where are you?" He asked. "Hey! I have just entered the city! Don't worry! I'll be there in 10 minutes!" He said, as Aiden hummed. "What about that girl?" Aiden questioned, glancing at the couple who stared at him, waiting for him to end the call. "Ariel? She's fine..." Parker said, as he glanced at her from the back view mirror to found her sleeping with her head against the window. "I'll talk later..." He said, and ended the call, as Aiden immediately let out a sigh and threw his phone beside him on the couch. "What did he say?" Angelina asked, as Aiden told them what he knew.

~15 minutes later~

A horn was heard, grabbing the three's attention, immediately sprinting towards outside to find Parker's car there. "Finally..." Richard whispers. Stepping down from the car, he opens the back door of the car, and takes out a key from the pocket of his pants and proceeded to open the handcuffs. Doing so, he finally wakes her up.

Fluttering her eyes open, she looks towards Parker, who seemed to be staring at her with the coldest eyes she has ever saw. "Let's go inside!" He says and grabs her wrist as soon as he said that which made her groan in pain. "Ah~" She groaned, as he immediately left it. "What happened?" He asks and glance at her right wrist to find a fresh bruise there which he unknowingly squeezed. "How did you get this? The cuffs aren't that tight then how did you get this?" He asks, as he takes a close look of it. Knowing how she got the bruise Ariel decided to stay quiet. The two talked unaware of the confusion which was spilled between the three, waiting for them. "What happened? Why aren't they coming?" Aiden questions as the couple just shrugged their shoulders in response. "Nevermind I'll treat it inside... Let's go!" Parker says, as now he carefully grabs her hand and helps her to get down from the car. Closing the back door of the car, he gave the keys to one of the guards, while Ariel stood at her place staring at the big mansion, in amusement. After passing the keys, Parker starts walking towards the three with Ariel, hand in hand.

"Oh my Gosh! Did everything already resolved between them?" Angelina asked, whispering, as Richard shrugged his shoulders. "I really don't know, babe... Maybe..." He whispers back, as Angelina nods her head. "Hey... You took too much time, Parker! Sean is gonna kill you today!" Richard spoke, as he climbed the stairs with Ariel beside him. "Hey! I know! I'll go now... Angelina... Can you please take care of her? She have a bruise on her wrist... Please put on some... I don't know... Cream or whatever!" He requests, as Angelina nodded with a smile. "Where is Rebecca?" Ariel asked with a low voice, catching everyone's attention. "Don't worry... She's inside... Come with me!" Angelina says, as Parker left her hand and signalled her with his eyes to go inside with her. "I'll leave now!" He says, as Angelina took Ariel inside. "As you like, but be careful!" Aiden says, as Parker proceeded to hug both of them and walked back towards his car.

Walking inside the mansion with Angelina, Ariel adored the interior of the mansion. "There is she... You go and sit down there I'll ask someone to bring something for you and for a first-aid kit, okay?" Angelina says, as she pointed towards the couch where lied Rebecca. Nodding her head Ariel slowly walking towards the couch and sat down on her knees in front of Rebecca, and tried to wake her up by shaking her. "Rebecca! Rebecca! Wake up..." She shook her as she speaks, but there was no response. "Ariel... She's unconscious right now, she'll be awake in an hour or less... And she's fine don't worry! Have some water!" Angelina says, as she keeps her hand on her shoulder and points to the maid standing beside her with her eyes, who was holding a glass of water with a first aid box.

Closing the first-aid kit, Angelina smiles at Ariel who seemed to be in her own world. "What are you thinking?" She asks, grabbing Ariel's attention. "Sorry..." Ariel asks, making her chuckle. "I asked, what were you thinking?" Angelina asks again. "I... Why... Why are we here? What did we do?" She asks, catching Angelina off-guard. "Because we wanted to bring you both here, that's why..." Richard answers, as he walks closer to them with Aiden behind him. Looking at them for a second, Ariel immediately looks down at the tiled floor.

~At Sean's Mansion~

"Sir! Sir!" Sean's assistant calls for him, as he enters his room, running to find him, sitting on the sofa with the whole room flooded with the smoke of cigarettes and another one in his hand, while he let his head fall backwards, facing the celing with his eyes closed. His blue shirt's sleeves were folded up and the few top buttons of his shirt were open, with his hair being a mess, he looked hot, in every way. "What?" He asked, with his hoarse and deep voice, as he remained in his previous position without moving a single muscle. "Parker Sir is here!" His assistant informs, as he immediately opens his dark green eyes. His eyes were full of rage and care at the same time. Standing up from the sofa, he walks towards the door of the room, and throws the half used cigarette on the floor and steps on it as he walks out of the room, with heavy foot steps.

Parker stood up as he saw Sean coming towards him in a fast pace. He had a slight smile on his face, but Sean was boiling with anger. As soon as he reached close enough to Parker, he immediately punched his face hardly, making his face turn towards his left. Grabbing his collar right after, he pulls his arm up again to punch him but stops as he sees the small smile still on his face. "Why are you smiling?" He asks, confused. "Who wouldn't? After receiving such great type of love..." Parker says, with a chuckle, as Sean glares at him first but then rolls his eyes and leaves his collar, making Parker smile again. "What happened? Why did you stopped?" Parker asked, as Sean sat down on one of the couch and glared at him. Parker also sat down with a chuckle. "Just shut up, you f*cker!" Sean says, angrily, as Parker decided to stay quiet this time. "Where were you, huh?" He asks, as Parker sighed not knowing how to answer. "I told you, didn't I? I told you that if you wanted to go and miss Ariel, do it!! But f****** inform me about it! DO YOU EVEN F****** REALIZE HOW DISTURBED I WAS WHEN YOU DIDN'T PICKED UP MY CALL?!" He asked, screaming as Parker scrunches his eyes, as his scream was too loud for his ears to handle. "Sorry..." Parker apologizes in a low voice making Sean furrow his brows. "Sorry? I'll kill you for real!" He yells again, making Parker roll his eyes. "Okay fine! I promise, I won't do it again..." Parker promises, making a small smile appear on Sean's face. "Maybe I'll..." Parker added, jokingly, as Sean glares at him making him laugh. "I'm just joking!" He exclaims, as Sean rolls his eyes. "Okay, anyways! Uncle called, he said that he and Aunt think it's time for you to get a girlfriend! Start searching one or they will get you one!" Sean says, as this time Parker glares at him. "Shut up, i***t!" He yelled at him, making him laugh. "Hey darling!" A feminine voice as Parker immediately looked towards the direction to only get his blood boiled. "Hi..." Sean replied, as the girl walked closer to them and sat down beside him. "Hey Parker! How are you?" She asks, making Parker glare at her, which made her chuckle. "I'll leave now!" Parker announced, as he stood up but was stopped by Sean. "What's the problem, Parker?" He asks, as Parker glared at him too. "You know what's my problem! She's my problem! THIS B**** IS MY PROBLEM! WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND THIS? NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO MEET ME! SEND HER SOMEWHERE ELSE OR AT HER OWN HOUSE! F****** LEECH!" He yells, and leaves the mansion immediately without any delay, as Sean stood up and called his names multiple times but he didn't stopped and kept on walking. As soon as he wasn't in sight, Sean turned to the girl who was still sitting in the same position, using her phone. "Hailey! I want you out right now! And never come back again! Please!" Sean said, in a respectful manner, as Hailey rolled her eyes at him, which didn't go unnoticed by Sean. It was enough for him to burst at her. "I SAID OUT YOU B****!! AND DON'T YOU DARE TO ROLL YOUR EYES ON ME!" Sean yells, as she immediately stood up, scared of his aura. "Listen, b****! My best friend doesn't like you! So, never come here again and... If you ever come again in front of my eyes, I'll first take out those eyes out of you and then shot you in your dumb f****** head! Got that? LEAVE! NOW!" He yells, as she immediately ran out of the mansion scared for her life, as he sighed, frustrated.
