Chapter 20: Selene & Cobalt

418 Words
The frost layer across the pavement made everything slippery. Thankful for the sharp claws and rough paw padding, Cobalt walked beside Selene admiring her behind. She wanted to lead the way towards the lake, their favorite place to run and play. Tonight the moon shone, reflecting off Selene's silver wolf fur like a shiny diamond. Always, the scent of his mate turned him into a possessive horny wolf. "Are you looking at my ass, Cobalt?" Selene almost purred eyes half slits, "It's a beautiful ass, love. Even blindfolded and in the dark, I can see it so plump and round," Cobalt howled at the Moon Goddess letting her hear his joy.  "Stop howling, you i***t!" Selene snapped at him to be quiet. "You'll wake up the whole packhouse!" she pointed out. Cobalt decided to run pass her, time for that run before he took her here and now. Mating with Selene is definately on his mind tonight, he couldn't let her go without satisfying both of them. He wanted his knot in her, that throbbing part begging to protrude.  Running faster to catch up to Cobalt, Selene whined. She could smell his arousal, making her insides burn for his attention.  THIS IS ALL YOU DO LATELY, SELENE! Alexandra chided. YEAH YEAH! SO WHAT! COBALT IS A DELICIOUSLY HANDSOME WOLF... The lake in winter was used as a skating rink, no fishing was allowed. Most of the lake swans and birds were nesting, so for the most part during the night the lake remained off limits. Kali and Alexandra decided to let out their wolves at night spend time together. The bonds between the four grew stronger, Kali wasn't surprised when Cobalt told him Selene could feel the pups moving. In wolf form, the senses during pregnancy were heightened. Alex could actually hear and speak to her pups, but Selene their gender, heart rhythms, which foods they preferred, and how much they grew each day. Cobalt promised to go easy on Selene, not overdue it during mating to keep the pups healthy.  Cobalt spent a few minutes pawing snow in her face playfully. Running off and waiting for her to pounce on him. They rolled along the snow playing, not paying attention to the dark shadows surrounding them.  Far into the forestry stood a enemy watching, it could hear with it's supernatural senses the Luna's heartbeat along with smaller ones...she was pregnant. The shadow did not dare move closer, turning back the same trail it came from the shadow hurried to delay the news to its master.
