Three - One in a Few Billion

California  Friday, April 27, 2018 If there was one thing this pack of werewolves knew how to do, it was party. Loud music blasted through the forest disturbing every single animal but no one cared. It was a rare occasion that they held such big parties at the packhouse and everybody had gotten in the mood, even Hailey. The smell of alcohol and poison drifted through the air because that’s what they were drinking, alcohol brewed with poison, dulling their system so they could get drunk. And Hailey would have to agree that it worked.  It was times like this that she was glad she didn’t have to be an alpha, Kalven and Alex were most likely off trying to bond with alphas and make friendships etc, but she got to be off doing her own thing.  She was outside dancing with many of the other teens in the pack, she had lost her anxieties about three drinks ago and was grinding against Atlas while he dances with a hand on her hip and almost everybody danced in the same way. Hailey felt someone grab her wrist harshly and she looked expecting it to be Alex but it wasn’t. She was pulled roughly as the man started walking, she could feel dull tingles running up her arm. “Atlas it's okay.” She said softly to the boy who looked like he was about to murder the stranger, he paused but nodded slightly and let her get pulled along. The stranger had light brown messy hair and was tall, he wasn’t very muscular but still held some muscles. She was dragged into a room, she was shoved inside. She tripped over her own feet and landed so she was sitting on a bed, she recognized this room as one of the rooms they’d prepared for the alpha’s but she didn’t know this man meaning he must have been Issac Keln, the alpha who was late. “What the hell were you doing.” He growled at Hailey “Dancing, that was kinda obvious.” Her demure demeanor gone easily five drinks ago. “Like that? In front of all those people, have you no shame?” That was more or less two drinks ago. She stood up abruptly, she was having a good time she didn’t need to be scolded like a child. “Sit the f**k down, I’m not done talking to you, mate.” His eyes started to shift into the grey of his wolf. “If you keep talking to me like that, yeah, you are.” She straightened her back staring him in the eyes, silently challenging him. He walked up to her slowly and placed a hand on her hip, exactly where Atlas’ hand had been, and gripped gently onto her jaw with the other. “Get on the f*****g bed.” His eyes had gone completely grey. Hailey’s yellow eyes glowed softly and a smirk played on her lips and she raised an eyebrow, “Talk to me like that again. I dare you.” Her wolf was out to play now. She had many things that Hailey overall lacked but most of all you have another thing coming if you think you’re going to push her into a corner.
