The house was in a private residential neighborhood. Located on a large plot of land, it bordered the forest of Kleboniškis, which gave him privacy as well as a way out.
The first floor included the main residential space with an impressive sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen. There was also a working room, a sanitary unit, and a roomy two-vehicle garage. The second floor had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The courtyard contained a separate building with a steam sauna and whirlpool bathtub.
