I wake up the next morning smiling. Mom and Dad have to stay  in the hospital for little while to make sure they are all good to go. I'm just glad that they are okay. Mason is out of my way finally, too. I'm a happy camper. I stretch and get ready for the day. I brush my teeth and brush my hair, leaving it straight today. I throw on a pair of ripped jeans and a gray knit top. I slide on my gray vans, and I go hop down the stairs. "Hey, Ryan!" I greet as I walk to the pantry. "Hi, Mia," he says with his mouth full of cereal, walking to the sink. "About ready to go?" "Yeah," I answer as I grab a blueberry muffin from the bottom shelf. I always run so late in the morning.
