It was as though I was looking at Finn through a haze. But his voice came through crystal clear when he said, “Ava, my Luna and my mate. May I come to you?” I gave a slight nod of my head and he walked widely around James to stand at my side. When his hand touched the small of my back it immediately started to cool the fire that was racing through my body. “Get him out of my sight.”
