6. The Fight....

* Gabriela's POV *

I was not initiating any attacks on Alpha Eric. Because I knew he was not using all his strength on me.. I knew when he will become angry and irritated , I will be able defeat him in a minute. I did not want to waste my energy on this Alpha.

As soon as I started dodging his attack , he got pissed off. But his irritation was not enough for me. Others were laughing at me , as I was not attacking him. What was more that I was just dodging his attacks.

He was just about to punch my face. So I got an idea , and I kicked on his knees. He fell down. Finally he was on his verge of losing control.

" You brat! Why are you wasting all our time?! If you do not know anything about fighting then do not fight. Just admit defeat. It will save all of ours time. Otherwise I will not be able to control myself from using my strength on you. I will not even consider the fact that you are a female. "

" Why?! Are you afraid if I am able to defeat you , then you will lose your face. "

I could see his eyes turning deeper. His wolf was taking over. So I continued to make him more angry.

" Why are you so quite , Alpha Eric?! Did I get it right?! That is why you are shocked. "

Finally he lost all his control. He started to come towards me with full force. He tried to punch me towards the right side , I got a hold on his hand and twisted his arm behide him. I kicked him on the back side of his legs. He knelt to the ground.

I got a hold of his neck and made him look down. He tried to set himself free. But he underestimated me.

I moved in front of him and kicked him on chest. He flew few feets away. I did not wait for him to catch a breath. I run up to him in a blink of eye. I hold him up by his throat. I threw him up in the arena. He was just about to stand, I got near him.

" You are looking so tired. May be I give give you some rest for a few hours. Good Night , Alpha Eric. " , saying that I gave him a hard punch on his face and knocked him out.

He immediately lost his consciousness. I look at the timer , 1 minutes and 53 seconds left till 10 minutes up.

All those Alphas who were waiting to see me lose the challenge was left open mouth. He never expected me to win this challenge.

" So anyone else have any problem if Gabriela takes up all her duty as the Alpha of the Full Moon Pack?! If anyone else has any problems , they can challenge her right away. " , said my dad feeling proud on me.

No one else said a word right then.

Alpha Rile from Redwood Pack said , " We have no more problem. We can see that Gabriela is capable enough to become the Alpha of the pack. Congratulations , Gabriela. Or should I say Alpha Gabriela. "

" Thank you , Alpha Rile. I hope to have good relation with all of you respectful Alphas. I will give my best to this pack. I will not give you any reason to point your fingers at me. "

" You have potential. I hope to see a good corporation in the future. "

All the Alphas left the backyard. My dad with Valerie came towards me. " Where is Evan?! "

" He had some works to do , so he left earlier. "

" From tomorrow onwards you will fulfil all the duties what I was doing till now. I hope you will not disappoint me. Valerie has said he will help you if you need any help. Tonight i have arranged a small dinner party. Be there in time. " , saying this dad went inside the pack house.

" Congratulations on your victory. See you at dinner party. " , saying this Valerie also went away from there.

" What the hell was his problem?! Does he have some attitude issues?! Lizz , what do you think?! " , I asked my wolf.

" Gabby , let us go for a run I am feeling suffocated. "

As soon as I heard what Lizz said , I went to the jungle. I stripped off my leggings and sports bra and hide them in the tree. I started shifting into my wolf. I could hear the cracking sound of my bone. I could see my paw and fur. I started running in the jungle. I still remember the first day of my shifting. It was the most painful shift for me.

* Flashback *

I was 14 years old at that time. I was watching a programme on television. Suddenly I started to feel an unknown pressure on my body. My head was starting to hurt a lot. Tears were pouring. I screamed so loudly. Mom and dad came running towards me.

" Carter , she is shifting. Let us take her to the backyard. "

Dad picked me up in a bridal style. He ran to the backyard. When we got there dad let me sit on the ground. Mom and dad started to give me directions how to shift.

I listened to them. My bones started to cracking up. I shifted into a wolf. A huge pain took over my body. That was the loudest scream of my life.

I was standing on my four legs. I got near the lake. When I saw my reflection , I was in daze for a moment. My wolf was fully white. It had a glow. My eyes was still blue. My hearing ability got more better. Even my vision got much clearer.

Mom and dad said they had never seen a fully white werewolf. I was gifted by the Moon Goddess herself.

* End of flashback *

After a while I went back to the pack house. I still had a dinner party to attend. I tried to mind linking with Evan. But he did not responded.

When I got near the pack house. I took my clothes from the tree and wore it. May be I need a long hot bath.

I got into my bedroom and went to the bathroom to take a long hot bath.

After taking bath , I started to get ready for the dinner party. I wore a blue knee length off shoulder dress.

I basically love makeup. But as I was running late , so I just put one a little bit of bb cream , a thick layer of mascara and a baby pink lipbalm. I did a half ponytail leaving half hair down freely.

When I got to the dinning area , all the eyes were on me. I was used to it.

" You are looking gorgeous , my princess. Where is Evan?! Is he not here yet?! "

" Thanks, dad. Evan had mind linked with me a while ago. He said one of his in the city needs help. So he went there to help him. He will come back till midnight. "

Suddenly Valerie asked for my hand......

That's too in front of my dad......
