"You bastard!" Bella shouted, outraged by Eland's behavior. She would never forget what Eland had done to her. As she approached the man, she brutally struck him, but with a sudden firmness, Bella stopped her movements. She struggled to move as Eland gripped her jaw tightly. He forcefully pushed her until her back hit the wall. She didn't complain, knowing that Eland would enjoy it.
"What did you say?" Eland whispered, getting closer to Bella, who stared fearlessly at him. "Who's more of a bastard, a woman who degrades herself for a man's sake?"
Bella, despite her mouth being tightly pressed, tried to resist. She spat on Eland's face. "You have no idea how much I love Sam!" she yelled as Eland loosened his grip due to her action.
