Briar I stared at Finn, not quite comprehending. "Our home? ...But wasn't it burned down a long time ago?" Finn's grin widened. "Did it now? Maybe you should see for yourself before you jump to conclusions, little sister." My heart raced as I took his hand, allowing him to lead me out of the hollow. What did he mean? Surely he couldn't be talking about... As we made our way through the forest, a thousand questions buzzed in my head. But for once, I didn't voice them. I just held tight to Finn's hand, letting him guide me towards whatever surprise he had in store. The trees began to thin, and suddenly, we were stepping out into a clearing I hadn't seen in nearly a decade. My breath caught in my throat as I took in the sight before me.
