I woke up to what felt like a tiny werewolf pack having a rave inside my skull. Groaning, I buried my face deeper into my pillow, trying to block out the sunlight streaming through my window.
"Rise and shine, sleeping beauty!" Ivy's cheerful voice echoed in my head, far too loud for my current state. "We've got an Alpha to save, remember?"
"Ugh, not so loud," I mumbled, reluctantly peeling my eyes open. "How are you so perky? You drank as much as I did."
"Perks of being a wolf, I guess," Ivy replied smugly. "Now come on, get that cute butt out of bed. We've got work to do!"
