I woke up around 8am, I was relaxed as we had two days off as weekend. So I decided to a small nap in the bed again but before I close my eyes. Mom i.e. Luna Alina came to my eyes ans started to scold me.
“ Eva, do you have forgotten everything? Do you have forgotten today is the day of your engagement? ” She asked angryly.
As soon as she said those words, the reality hit me and I quickly woke up and sat on the bed and said, “ Mom, I had completely forgotten. I am really ashamed of my deed. I am really sorry.”
I was looking down, I don't know how could I meet the eyes of Mom as she was concern for me and here I was sleeping like an Owl.
“ It's ok Eva, I was kidding , I know you are tired but dear many things need to be done before the evening function so I wanted you to get up soon.”
