The girl was none other than Ellen while the boy was one of the ward boy of our hospital. If I remember properly, Simon and Ellen was about to engage but here she was literally cheating him and that too with a ward boy.
Everyone who were present in the washroom at that time was shocked to see a girl coming out of the toilet compartment adjusting her dress, along with her a boy came out zipping his jeans. None of them had a pinch of guilt on their faces.
