13 “So where are you taking me?” Day laughed. Athina Kalogiannis was a confident driver, as she was confident in everything else. There was no sign now of the emotions of the day before. She drove the convertible Suzuki Jimny from Filoti to Halki in less time than Day thought possible. He found he was rather enjoying himself. “We’re nearly there. It’s a small bar I know in Halki. I think you’ll like it. There’s a special reason that I’ve chosen this particular place, you’ll find out after we arrive.” Day resigned himself to waiting.
