5 Day was not known for being a morning person, and today was no exception. He reached out of bed for his phone to check the time. He had slept in. His room was fragrant with the fresh island air because he had left the window open rather than use the air conditioning. The Cyclades were cooler than the mainland, and since October had now brought autumn to Naxos, the oppressive heat of high summer had eased.
