The questions flew fast and furious, and Ginger was having a blast. She’d been worried at first, not sure how Eli would feel about the first Reindeer Games event—a Christmas trivia competition set up like a game show—but he was holding his own and then some.
He actually seemed to be having a good time, and he lit up like the Christmas tree in the corner every time he got a right answer.
Every year, the individual events that made up the Reindeer Games changed, but they were always loud, fast, and fiercely competitive. It wasn’t just the prize money they were all competing for: it was bragging rights for the entire year. And at a company like Too Many Monkeys, dedicated entirely to game design and production, bragging rights counted for everything.
