"So you won't even believe who I talked to this morning," Kendra gushed the following Tuesday afternoon, when Lucy was trying to complete her English paper before leaving for her lesson.
"Right, because by the way you're talking, I'd never guess," Lucy grinned at her roommate.
Kendra narrowed her eyes playfully, crossing her arms, "Well, fine then, if you don't want to know, I'll just go tell someone else."
"No!" Lucy cried, laughing now, "Tell me what he said!"
"Well, it wasn't really anything much," Kendra grew a bit more embarrassed now.
