R18+ Warning, and Intro Into the Dark Angels World

Please be aware that this is a slightly dark tale. This book does contain LGBTQIA+ elements, including love (and s*x) between multiple partners, two of which are male. There are some elements that may make the reader uncomfortable as well: we are dealing with a slavery ring, kidnappings, violence towards women, and Demons, (which are not the most cuddly of creatures. but absolutely beat out the vile human elements in this story hands-down in some cases, since we all have to acknowledge the reality of said human elements in our daily lives.) PLEASE BE ADVISED: R18+ rating for gore, violence, mature content, language. This book addresses s****l violence, abuse, erotic scenes between multiple s*x partners and between partners of the same and opposite s*x, and takes very wild liberties with Demon and Angel lore. There is also unique *Non-human* anatomy present, because apparently Demons come in different shapes and sizes, who knew? This is a work of fiction, dreamed up (quite literally) by my unconscious mind.  There may be some resemblances to true to life people, businesses, etc, and in that case, I can only make excuses for my subconscious mind exorcising its demons (pun intended).  Why I was dreaming about you, I will never know. Part of The Dark Angels Of The Apocalypse series This is Book Three (Barbatos, Bethany and Drew's tale) Book Two (Amy and Laurel's tale) is titled Forgiveness For My Dark Angel (available on Dreame) Book One  (Stolas' and Char's tale) is titled The Voice Of My Dark Angel and is also available on Dreame Briefly: These books take place in the time after what the characters call the "Demon Apocalypse" which is basically when the Demon Armies broke through to the human dimension and took over.  In these stories, we basically consider Earth, Heaven and Hell different dimensions, and the beings from Hell and Heaven as different dimensional beings (aliens?) which are just more technologically advanced than we are, and, well, not quite human. Humans live in Colonies in rural areas trying to escape being rounded up by Demons.  They are responsible for growing, hunting for or foraging for their own food unless they find a Demon "sponsor" (not always a good thing). Demons capture humans for multiple purposes, slave labor, breeding and food. The Heavenly dimension is often also called the "Home" dimension or plane or 'Homeworld' by the Demonic forces, however not all Demons were cast from their homeland, some were born in the Hell dimension Each book is a stand-alone book, to an extent, but you're going to have characters from other books popping in and out, so it might be easiest to be familiar with them. To recap: Char (human, female) and Stolas (Demon, male) are a couple that found each other when Char was attacked by a Hell Hound and Stolas saved her. Char assumed he was the Master of said Hound, or only after easy 'human bait' as any other Demon would be, and since she was separated from her sister during the attack, spent nearly the entire time with Stolas trying to find a way to get away. It took some time for Stolas to convince her that he was actually not really that bad of a guy at all, and that he had chosen to leave the 'Heavenly Dimension' because of the ban on sharing knowledge with humanity, of which he objected. He assisted Char in locating her sister, who was fine, living in a Colony with a human male and his child from a previous partnership. Char was Marked by Stolas before their trip, and they have a son, a Nephilim, which Stolas thought should have been impossible, considering his Demon status. However, given the amount of love offered to the child before birth, it was granted Angelic status, unlike the children often born of Demon and human couplings where the human was unwilling. In which case, the child usually becomes a Cambion, because the child is feared or hated. The Nephilim child currently has no name due to Stolas remarking that he would likely 'name himself' when he was ready. Nephilims and Cambions are apparently much more advanced than human children and grow and develop more quickly. Amy (male, Demon) and Laurel (female, human) had quite a different introduction, with Amy saving Laurel from a bear, and then Laurel pretty much chasing him for attention for months afterwards. However, Amy was being punished as a result of an action we are never given details of, and believes he will one day make it back to his Home dimension, provided he follows 'all the rules'. Thus, he is afraid to get too close to Laurel, for fear of violating any further 'laws' set forth by 'Heaven'. Unfortunately, as the story progresses, we discover that the 'Angels' from the Home dimension are using Amy as a sort of experiment (or very cruel joke if you ask the author), and have no intentions of letting Amy back into the Home dimension, instead, they seem intent on seeing how far they can push him before he cracks. Once this is discovered, Amy agrees to pursue a relationship with Laurel, and throws in his lot with the Demons in a spectacular act of rebellion, which causes them no end of problems from the 'Angelic Beings' and leads to Amy's home being destroyed and Amy and Laurel spending some time with Stolas and Char. During that time, we discover (spoilers) Bethany has been kidnapped and is in a slaver's camp, and someone needs to infiltrate to help the Demons gain access and information in order to rescue her. Laurel volunteers due to a fight between herself and Amy, mostly centered around Laurel's possible pregnancy, which Amy is not prepared for. There she meets a young Cambion boy who she nicknames Noa, and discovers she is indeed pregnant. Laurel manages to convince the young boy to help them escape, and he aids her in destroying the Wards within the camp, and, in the end, becomes a part of Amy and Laurel's family. We have not yet been introduced to Amy and Laurel's child.
