"Who's it?" Jake voice quizzed as he heard them, he got up the moment he knew whom it was.
"My cuties" he sprawled out his arms for them to hug him but to his surprise,they stood back, watching him as if they don't know him but he understands what they were trying to pass on to them.
"I'm so sorry, I'll never leave you guys again, it's not totally my fault" he added the last part which got them arching their brows and their attention was on Karen.
"Not her, I'll tell you later, I'm sorry, hm?"
"Ahh" he gasped out loud when he tried getting up but the wound pulled him back.
"Are you okay Dad??" They rushed to him, he doesn't want them to know so he decided to play along.
"Tada!, I'm kidding" he sticks out his tongue playfully, hugging the two tightly.
