Livia was worried about Nox’s state of mind for the next few days and although he told her he was making good progress with Dr. Feldstein, he looked drawn and tired. Livia comforted him the best way she could, spending all her spare time with him talking, making love, and hanging out.
Soon though, she felt unable to cheer him and asked him if he would like Amber to come see him.
“Amber’s out of town.”
It was Livia’s turn to look surprised. “She is?”
