A smile lifted the corners of her lips as she sat sipping a cocktail in the living room of her vacation home. No matter how often she thought of it, she was proud of her boyfriend. Clarisa, her therapist, recommended going back and offering Jeriah to come with her, and it worked wonders. He stayed in New York, quoting his need to get work done. This surprised her at first, but ultimately made her happy. He finally realized the point of all her trickery. Now, they planned to do the distance thing for a while. Trinity needed a vacation, anyway, so taking time off from writing seemed a good plan.
