The serious expression on her face and in her eyes made unease fill his stomach. Did she want to break up? But their relationship just started, so he hoped not. Jeriah sat up in the bed and crossed his legs under him as he waited for her to talk. Whatever she had to say, Jeriah will listen. But he was nervous. He watched as she sat up, her attention averting to the floor as the soft blanket shifted under her weight. She still looked a little groggy, so Jeriah did not know how long she slept, though he found the expression adorable.
