Dmitry stared at Victor and Natalia, who were standing in front of him. Abeni could sense the tension in the room as she held Dmitry's arm tightly. Olga sat in the armchair watching silently.
"Victor... You do realize that you are in love with my sister, don't you?" Dmitry asked, his voice cold and cutting through the air.
Victor swallowed hard, unable to meet Dmitry's intense gaze. "Yes, I-I love her, Boss," he stammered.
"How much do you love her, Victor?" Dmitry's question was like a blade pressing against his skin. Victor hesitated, his heart racing. "I-I'd do anything for her, Boss. I'd protect her with my life."
