It's been 2 whole weeks since I moved here to help Rock Creek. It really has been the best experience ever. Sawyer and I have been working so well together to create something truly incredible. Today was the day!
"SAWYER!! SAWYER!!" I scream, running up the hill to the barn. Sawyer immediately drops the tools he is using and runs in my direction.
"Adrianna! What's wrong??" He calls out to me, panic showing on face.
We meet, and I instantly crash into his chest, arms around his neck. He catches me with ease and lifts me up as I wrap my legs tightly around his waist. I grab his face in my hand and find his warm chocolate eyes flickering through so many emotions, trying to figure out what's happening.
"Sawyer!! We did it!! We really did it!! The first crops have blooms!!"
