The temperature in the waiting room wasn't particularly high, but I still felt agitated. I couldn't help but pace back and forth, constantly checking my watch. It had been a long time since I messaged Selena. Why hadn't she responded? This whole situation made it impossible for me to focus on work.
"Mr. Rosenthal, it's time to board." Eric approached me and said respectfully. He stood beside me, seemingly choosing his words carefully. "Selena hasn't replied. Maybe she can't make it."
