Ines clutched the two purses in front of her, trying not to look too awkward. As much as it was nice to have Piper pay for her to be at the benefit, Ines was there only to trail Piper around the party carrying the latter's handbag. It was a black-tie affair, and Ines did her best not to look out of place. She could never be able to dress as well as any of the women there, but at least her black dress didn't look too shabby next to the Chanel and Balenciaga evening dresses.
