The Alpha's Breeder 5.
Escape Plan.
I was lying on the ground, battered and bruised, as the guards continued to beat me mercilessly. I could hear the sound of their fists pounding against my flesh, feel the pain of their kicks and punches as they relentlessly attacked me. I knew I had to escape, but I was weak and powerless against them.
As they finally stopped and left me lying there, I felt a sense of hopelessness wash over me. I had tried to escape, and failed. What was left for me now? Would I be stuck in this hellhole forever?
I lay there for what felt like hours, unable to move, unable to think. The pain was unbearable, and I could feel my consciousness slipping away. But just as I was about to give up completely, I felt a pair of strong hands lifting me up.
It was Aiden. He had come to see what had happened, and when he saw me lying there, beaten and broken, he had ordered his guards to stop. He lifted me up and carried me to his chambers, where he tended to my wounds himself.
As he cleaned and bandaged my wounds, I couldn't help but feel conflicted. Aiden was the one who had ordered the guards to beat me up, but now he was the one taking care of me. I didn't know what to make of it.
When he finished, he sat down beside me and spoke softly. "Lucy, I know things have been hard for you here, but you have to understand that it's not personal. I have to do what's best for my pack, and sometimes that means making difficult decisions. But I promise you, I will never let anything happen to you again."
I didn't know what to say. I was still in shock from the beating, and now Aiden was talking to me as if he cared. But I couldn't forget what he had done to me, and I couldn't trust him.
As he left the room, I lay there, thinking about my next move. I knew I couldn't stay here, not if they were going to take my child away from me. I had to find a way to escape, and this time, I couldn't fail.
The guard came to know about Lucy's plan of escaping when he overheard some of the other guards talking about it. He knew it was dangerous to help her, but he couldn't bear to see her suffer anymore.
Late at night, when everyone was asleep, the guard snuck into Lucy's cell room. At first, Lucy was frightened, thinking that he was going to hurt her, but he explained his intentions and reassured her that he would help her escape. The guard explained that he had a sister who lived in a pack far away from Alpha Aiden's territory and that he would take her there. Lucy couldn't believe that someone was willing to help her, and she was hesitant at first, but she knew that she had to take the chance.
Lucy's pov
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This guard who I had always thought of as one of Aiden's loyal minions was offering to help me escape. My heart was pounding with fear and excitement all at once. I asked him if he was serious and he nodded, telling me that he knew a way out and that he would help me get far away to his sister's home pack.
He explained to me that he had overheard the council's discussion about what would happen to me and my baby once it was born, and he couldn't bear the thought of me and my child being separated and sold off to different packs. He said that he knew his sister's pack was a safe place and that she would take care of me and my baby.
I didn't know what to say. I was so overwhelmed with emotion that I just hugged him tightly, thanking him over and over again. He then told me that we would need to wait until everyone was asleep to sneak out of the palace. He would bring me some clothes to change into and then we would make our escape.
That night, as I waited in my cell room, I was nervous and scared. What if we got caught? What if Aiden found out? But I knew that I had to take this chance. I couldn't stay in that palace any longer, being mistreated and abused.
Finally, the guard came to my room with a bag of clothes and a plan. He told me to put on the clothes and follow him closely. We made our way through the dark corridors, avoiding the guards as much as possible. My heart was pounding so hard that I thought it was going to burst out of my chest.
At one point, we almost got caught, but the guard quickly grabbed me and pulled me into a shadowy corner, holding his hand over my mouth to keep me quiet. My heart was racing as we waited for the guard to pass us by.
Eventually, we made it to a hidden door that led to the outside. The guard pushed it open and we stepped out into the cool night air. I felt a sense of relief wash over me as I realized that I was free.
As we reached the edge of the forest, the guard stopped and turned to me. "I can't go with you any further," he said. "My duty is here with the Alpha. But I wish you all the best, and I hope you find peace and happiness."
As the sun rose over the palace, the guard entered Lucy's cell to take her to Aiden for her nightly routine. But to his shock, he found that the cell was empty. Panic set in, as he looked around frantically, wondering how the breeder could have escaped. He quickly ran out of the cell, shouting for backup.
"Alert, alert! The breeder is missing! We need to find her immediately!" The guard cried out, running down the hallway.
Other guards joined in the search, as they scoured the palace for any sign of Lucy. But she was nowhere to be found. The guard who had originally discovered her absence threw himself to the floor in front of Aiden, his heart pounding in his chest.
"Alpha Aiden, the breeder is gone! We can't find her anywhere!" He exclaimed, his voice shaking with fear.
Aiden's face twisted in anger and frustration. "How could this happen?!" He roared, slamming his fist on the table.
The other guards looked on, their faces full of concern as Aiden paced back and forth, thinking of what to do. They all knew that the punishment for such an offense would be severe. Aiden's reputation was at stake, and he could not afford to have a breeder escape under his watch.
"Find her! And if you don't, I'll make sure you all pay for it!" Aiden barked, his eyes narrowing as he glared at the guards.
