Time Slowly Passes..Ultimate Choice

Its been weeks now and Zoey still remains in a coma. She hasn't gotten worse but she hasn't gotten much better beside some of the healing that her body has done. Zena her wolf was finally about to start healing her from the inside out now that much of the wolfbanes and silver has been getting out of her system. The doctors had to rebreak many bones in order for the set properly. She had to have many surgeries to fix damages done to bones and internal organs. They had to restart her heart three other times during the last few weeks due to losing it on the operation table, and in the room.

The twins never left her unless necessary for something. They had moves her to their room to be more comfortable and to have their scent around her when they weren't there. They also moved most of the pack office work there. The knew from the moment she was brought into their lives she had them wrapped around her little fingers without her evening knowing it yet.

Her family has stayed at the castle since they received the phone call about finding her. They left their Betas in charge back at the pack until further notice. The Betas were more than happy to step up with it being the princess that needed them. Her brother had stayed in the next room and spent everyday with his sister and his best friends watching her and keeping her safe.

Back at Blue Lake Zane and Adam never figures out how Zoey got out of the room. They figured she left and was killed or died from rogues outside of the pack. Zane didn't think to much of it since he had other more important things to worry about than his fake sister.

Zoey POV

Pain, darkness, agony that's what I'm feeling right now. If I'm dead shouldn't I be at peace? As I'm getting around I notice I'm back in the field that is with the Moon Goddess. I see the bright colors of the flowers, crystal clear lake and Zena walking around. She sees me and starts to come to me. I pet her and give her a scratch behind her ears and she has her tongue hanging out loving it. I look around and she Selene at a table with two others that have their backs to us. They notice us and turn around. Adonis and LeighAnn. I start to cry and run up to them. They engulf me in hug and let me know proud they are of me and everything. I know this is the last time I'll see them for awhile and it sad to me. they have been my parents and hope for years. They did tell me that they are always in my heart and if I need them they will try to send me a sign to help me along the way.

"My child I'm so very proud of you. You have been through so much and have become stronger, faster, and tougher than anyone I have every known to be. You have many things to do in this life and I hope you wish to continue them." Selene tells me.

I have a feeling that there is more she is wanting to tell me. "Thank you for your kind words Selene. I don't know if I'm ready to continue though. Could you help me decide? Are you allowed to?" I ask her because I truly need her guidance right now.

"Of course my child. You have a choice to stay here with me and end everything you have worked for and went through for. Or you may continue on with your destiny and accomplish what no other wolf will ever do. I must tell you that if you don't wish to stay and continue than the world as everyone knows it will change. It won't be for the best either. Thousands of lives will be lost for greed, power, and selfishness. If you do wish to continue than you will change everything for the best and become the greatest, most powerful, and pure of heart leader this supernatural kingdom have ever known to exist. Once you tell me your choice I will let you know what will be happening in the next twenty four hours of you waking up. Everything is your choice and yours alone." She tells me.

Wow. Way to make a choice that much harder. I know I don't wanna let the world down but can I do it? Can I truly fulfill my destiny and accomplish everything that is asked of me?

"Let me tell you this. Your mates haven't left your side since finding you." She waved her hand over the lake and I see two mouth watering drop dead gorgeous men sitting beside me holding my hands while I'm laying in a bed. They both have short black hair I wanna run my hands through, bright blue eyes that I wanna get lost into, and perfect lips I wanna kiss and taste. "Your parents and brothers have been also visiting you everyday and your oldest brother Casey has slept on the couch in the room with you since they have received the call about you." She shows me a beautiful woman that looks like she could be my twin but instead of purple and pink in her hair she just has purple. Next to her is a very handsome man with short black hair with green eyes. My brothers look like carbon copies of our dad. "You can trust them with everything. They will never betray you or hurt you like you have been hurt before. I can promise you that."

Its making things that much harder. I wanna be able to hug my mom and dad, tell them how much I miss and love them. I wanna meet my brothers and get to know them. I also wanna meet my mates, and find out everything about them. Would they want me? After everything I've been through? "I would like to go back."

"I'm so glad you have came to that choice. Once you are back thought things will be changing and they have to in order to continue on your destiny. I will be helping you from breaking down and losing yourself from the situation that have happened to you. I will be taking away the emotional and mental issues that would have came about and allow them to be handled throughout the next several years. You will need to talk to someone about what you went through. Seek help with the trauma." She starts off with.

"I understand completely and thank you for that. I appreciate it very much so. Is there anything else? You said changes were gonna take place with twenty four hours of me waking up. What kind of changes may I ask?" I asked her wanting to know everything that is needed to happen.

"Thank you for asking my child. Once you wake up you and your mates will start the mating and marking process within a couple of hours in your wolf forms first. This is key to remember. You can trust Bandit and Storm to take care of Zena and yourself. They will always put your needs first." Selene tells me.

"I'm sorry, not trying to interrupt but who is Bandit and Storm?" I asked when I hear the names. Zena tells me they are her mates. She also is preening when she hears the names.

"Oh sweetheart that's your mates Elijah and Damon's wolves. Anyways after you mate and mark in wolf form you need to mate and mark in human form also. You must within twenty four of waking up. Once that is completely done you all will begin to transform into your true selves. You my child will become the next Moon Goddess. Your mates will become Moon Gods. You will have ultimate control over everything that I have done for centuries. Its time the world has met Zena. Also I know that she has been waiting to run and be reunited with her sister Celeste. Which is Chloe's wolf. What is your choice again my child? I must ask again once you have been informed of all important information."

After she tells me everything I look towards Zena. She know what is to happen and how things were to turn out. I understand completely why she couldn't tell me beforehand. She needed me to level headed and in my own mind to make the ultimate decision. She nodded to me and told me she accepted her destiny fully. She also said she accepted my choice no matter what that comes out to be. So I take a deep calming breathe. Clear my mind, heart, and soul. I truly think about what I want. I know I didn't want thousands of innocent people to die. I wanted to live and be with my mates and family. So I know that I'm scared but I trust in what's to come since I'm destined to become the next Moon Goddess and ruler of the supernatural kingdoms. So again I take a deep breathe and look at Selene and tell her my answer.

"We accept our role that which has been written and given upon us. We accept our destiny and will fulfill it within our power and ruler with just, kindness, fairness, and with the purest of mind, heart and soul." I tell her with everything in me that I believe in and trust. I know we can rise above the hate and everything we have been through. No one will break me again. No one will ever stop me from doing what is right.

"We must prepare you to go back. You have made me proud my child." She tells me and we start to get to work.

Damon POV

Its been four weeks now since Zoey has been in a coma and we have been having a hard time figuring out why she won't wake up. Her body is completely healed now. Even if it wasn't a week ago. So it seems she's wanting to fight and not leave us which I hooe is the case. We haven't done anything towards Blue Lake Pack yet because we wanna let Zoey wake up before letting anyone else find out. For now its the people that truly need to know. Casey has been watching his sister and he's scared for her. I've known him my whole life and he's never been this worried. He left his Betas in charge and his parents respected that choice and the Betas completely understood.

Casey did have to leave for a few days to another pack to help with some issues that they were having and turns out that the Alphas oldest daughter who also happens to be twenty is his mate. He told her what was happening and why he has been spending his time here and not in his pack and she completely understood. She commented him for being upfront and honest with her. She did say that he was her second chance as her first mate had cheated on her and rejected after the fact she felt him cheating. I guess he didn't wanna give up his mistress he had from a pack his dad was trying to create an alliance with. So he didn't care his son had a mate he wanted his son to be with the other Alphas daughter. His loss. Casey and Amelia have been staying in the room next door and she has started to help Chloe with washing and bathing Zoey. She's an amazing person and couldn't have asked the Moon Goddess for a better person for him.

Elijah and I have been a wreck since Zoey has been in the coma and we have been praying to the Moon Goddess that Zoey returns to us. I can tell that Storm is waiting also, but it seems like he has been waiting for a different reason. Like he knows when she wakes our world is gonna change. Elijah said that Bandit is the same way. He isn't saying much to him either. Just that we needed to be ready to show her the love she deserves and the care she needs. They have been more and more excited I guess you should say within the last 6 hours though. Storm is starting to run around in my head saying its about time to start our new chapter in our life.
